Das Zimmer war praktisch und ausreichend gut eingerichtet.

Das Zimmer ist unglaublich laut an der Hauptstraße. Um schlafen zu können, muss man das Fenster schliessen. Leider befindet sich keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Daher im Sommer sehr warm und stickig.

The location is new, modernly furnished and equipped, with absolutely everything necessary. You can park in the underground of the building, for a fee.

It was a little difficult to check in, as there were no physical personnel to perform this service. The self check-in equipment at the entrance to the building did not work and in the end we called a contact number, where a person instructed us how to download an application for checking in. After several errors I finally succeeded.

Self check in with sufficient guidance. Everything is very SMART. The place is new and clean.

Clean, tidy and comfortable apartments. Nice location close to Hauptbahnhof, city centre and shopping malls. Arbenita is very pretty and helpful person.

I like that the staff in the central was very helpful as upon my arrival I needed to get help to get toilet papers that were not provided in the apartment. Also, the staff were very responsive and helpful through emails. The automaticity works quite good, I did not need any contact with personnel as all are accesible with cards and explained in the mails prior to my arrival. The location to supermarket is quite strategic, within 5 min walk I could get to a grocery store.

Unfortunately, things were not as I expected. I will just list things that bothered me: - I arrived on Sunday and upon my arrival, no toilet papers were there (and supermarket is closed on Sundays). - The kitchen is well equipped, but not clean, as the pan was sticky and the ceiling above the stove was all dotted with oil residues that won't go off by just wiping them with paper towel and soap. The same goes for the microwave. - The stove was a Ceran feld, but it was not as responsive, so it was always a struggle to manage to turn on/off and managing the heat while cooking. - The kitchen towel was yellowish and smelly, as if it was used before. - On my departure date, the housekeeping rang my bell and knocked around 08:30 (the check-out rule was until 11:00) and just said to me "weg, weg!" (means "go, go!"). I was perplexed and just replied that the check-out is at 11:00. Thankfully, they immediately left with a smile. Well, after digesting what just happened, I can't just let this one off. I find this very rude. - Minor thing: there was a dishwasher, but I couldn't find any detergent for it in the apartment. Maybe they have it in store if you approach them, but would be nice if some portions of the dishwasher detergent are provided in the apartment.

The room is quite cozy and sufficient for one person staying. There is a television and the kitchen, despite small has all what is needed to cook. The bathroom is ok. The location is not super central, but still ok.

The service has not been what promised, which has been the biggest down of my staying. The wifii is very slow and works badly for most of the times. They give you once you arrive a small shampoo a small body wash, few toilet paper rolls, but they never add more. Is this supposed to be enough for someone who stays for long? It would be better if they didn't give them, not to create expectations. Like this it is just a joke. The cleaning is supposed to be done once per week, but the only thing they do is changing the bedding and the towels (which are very small and definitely not enough for a week), floors stay mostly dirty and the kitchen untouched (and I am not speaking about utensils, but the surfaces).

It is not an overrating to say that I certainly loved everything about this studio apartment. The facility along with amenities is top-notch and the location is outstanding. I highly recommend it!

Lovely apartment, well equipped and furnished in a stylish way. The position is perfect if you want to enjoy the city center. The staff is helpful and the manager do her best to fulfill your wishes! It s definitely a place where to go and be back!
