Beds weren’t comfy kinda hard, and walls are thin a lot of bumping and dropping noises you can hear through the walls and our room had a lil bathroom odor

Typical breakfast, nothing to brag about. Coffee was hot.

A 3 night stay - EXCESSIVE noise from 10p.m. until after 1 a.m. Multiple complaints. Despite having practically an empty hotel guest above me were excessivley loud. So loud I considered calling authorities to ensure no one was being harmed.

The games for kids and location the rooms was all great!

I did not have breakfast. Location was fine. Sign for the Hilton is not properly lit. Appreciate the late check out but the 24 hour advance notice was NOT described in the booking. I only did it as a matter or courtesy but had zero notice of that requirement.

Elevator was designed for small children or midgets with control buttons knee high. Only one trolley for the whole hotel and totally absent during departure. No coffee in the room. I have closets bigger than the room and Netflix was only available since I was already a subscriber. NOT Hilton quality I have been accustomed to expect. The first hotel in 50 years I have been in which is designed solely for efficiency of the staff and NOT the comfort of the paying customer. The door is impossible to lock open and the trolley is too large. Very difficult to maneuver luggage into the room. No trolley available for checkout. I want coffee or tea at my convenience NOT at the hotel's convenience. Nor do I want to have to go to the lobby to get coffee. Snacks were way over priced. I felt like and intruder and NOT a welcome paying customer. The rating on the booking site was a lie and suckered me into what was basically a very clean Motel 6. I am military and was told that a military discount was not available once the booking was made. Nonsense that hotel would not exist if it was not to the veterans.
