First off, let’s talk about the view. We would sit outside on the balcony and relax the comfy chairs and drink coffee every morning and the view was beautiful. The condo was well equipped and very clean. I would not hesitate to return to this property again and again. It was wonderful being just steps from the beach and our grandchildren loved the pool. We had no complaints with anything ! Thank you Stephanie for thinking of everything to make our stay memorable and we look forward to renting from you again.

Nice ocean front property! Only issue was no parking pass was left and we had to call for it. Maintenance man came and fixed patio chairs for us also.Would also suggest for owners to check cupboards as there wasn’t many drink glasses and storage bowls.We were a family of 7

Description is exactly as advertised. Great communication, easy check in and perfect location. We had a couple of red flag days that prevented us from going in the ocean but the pool and hot tub were perfect alternatives. If you have children there is mini golf and go carts less than 5 minutes as well as a couple restaurants. We highly recommend for a great family vacation!

This property has a great view. We appreciated the elevators. Parking could get tricky in the busy season. Overall the place was average to good for quality inside. There water damage on the ceiling in the kitchen area, several items were broken /damaged near the tv consol area. There was a cord that was damaged. The toaster oven was broken, which was quickly replaced when we called the number provided. In the bunkbed room, there was a water bottle left. So we decided to strip all the beds and clean them ourselves. One of the chairs foot rest outside was damaged. The hurricane covers were not pushed back all the way so that obstructed some of the view, until we pushed them back ourselves. We had spectacular views of sunrises and sunsets. The beach was very nice and low key. I felt safe in the area overall. Overall, this condo needs some attention to details. It wont ruin your stay by any means though.

We spent each morning and evening on the deck overlooking the ocean! Pool was wonderful, heated and clean. Beach had lots of beautiful shells.
The only drawbacks were bunk bed room was tiny. Only very small kids would be comfortable there. Sofas needed cleaning, they are ivory and looked very dingy. Bed in king bedroom was very comfortable. Loved the restaurants in Beaufort and the day at Shackleford island! Great family trip!!

Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo. King, queen and 4 bunk beds. Very clean with great extras. Well stocked kitchen with two coffee pots and plenty of items for preparing and storing meals. Nice balcony view of the beach with the sound just across the street. Lots of seating on the balcony. Safe and tidy property. This is our second stay at this particular condo and highly recommend it.

We stayed at the property for a family member’s wedding across the street at Merrell Estates & Gardens, and we couldn’t have chosen a better option for accommodations! The top floor ocean view was beautiful, proximity to the venue was ideal, unit was well appointed, and the kids enjoyed the pool and beach. If we come back to the area, we’d stay here again in a second!

We enjoyed our much needed vacation. The property was very clean, easy to find, & had all the amenities to have a comfortable weekend. The highlight was the porch. It has plenty of space so everyone can enjoy sitting out watching the ocean. The bedrooms are small, but the bathrooms were very spacious. The living & kitchen area was very roomy & had quality furnishings which made for a comfortable stay. The family enjoyed the beach & the grandkids enjoyed the heated pool.

Beautiful condo. Lots of light. Great views of the ocean waves, sunset, pelicans, and dolphins. Great location. Everything as described and seen in the pictures. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean, well organized, seamless check in and check out. The ocean was a bit rough but the family loved the swimming pool and hot tub option! That was quite the bonus. Would have preferred direct access to the beach from the room, but overall it is a great place.

Everything was perfect: the view from the balcony, the beach access, the clean and inviting pool, the well-stocked kitchen and beach/pool closet. We loved the location of the condo - just north of Emerald Isle, just south of Atlantic Beach. Absolutely perfect! Thank you!

The location is great, the views on the beach and the sea are amazing. Unfortunately we had few disappointments about the condo. First the shower was very dirty when we arrived - hair and sand left on the floor. The kitchen was not enough equipped for a party of 8. We had to deal with 8 large plates for a week. Which means we had to use the dishwasher after each meal. And the owner just provided 3 trash bags for our stay. The beach chairs were so rusty, we were afraid to stain our bathing suits. After 2 days, I wrote my concerns to the owner. I got a quick response but no action taken or compensation offered.

We had a wonderful stay and the view from the porch on this top floor is amazing! You will find yourself out here multiple times a day, relaxing in the plentiful comfortable chairs and taking in the ocean view, seeing pelicans flying past and diving in the water, watching for the Cape Lookout lighthouse beacon, seeing dolphins, enjoying the colors of amazing sunsets. The unit is so nicely decorated and comfortable - really everything has been thought of and is provided for your stay. All you have to do is enjoy your vacation! The landscaping is wonderful here with all the tropical trees and shrubs. There is a small gym facility on site, a really nice pool, plenty of books to read, and of course the beautiful beach!

On the whole your unit is beautiful and located on the water which was great. Only have a few suggestions. In your welcoming book, updating the operating procedure on how to operate the TV would be helpful . A few items that would enhance your kitchen would be, gloves for the oven, and some Tupperware to store left over food.

We are so thankful to have been able to stay at this beautiful condo. The view is breathtaking and we spend a lot of time on the balcony talking and reading and at the beach - such a short walk! All the touches of home were so thoughtful (use of the beach closet: we loved the beach chairs and boogie boards!), hand soap and dish soap kindly out for our use; Netflix available for my son or my best friend and I to enjoy and unwind to before bed as is one of our traditions. The beds were all very comfortable, the bunk bed room was absolute Heaven for Rocky (age 12) - he loved every bit of the space, the beds- very sturdy and fun sleeping!! We can’t say enough great things about this beautiful condo, how lovely Stephanie was, or the property manager Aaron (there was an issue with the door lock when we arrived, and he was very kind and had it handled within an hour and a half and we had zero issues the rest of our stay). Everyone was very kind and helpful. Highly, highly recommend this absolutely stunning, cozy, and comfortable home away from home! Thank you so much again, we are hoping to be back again next year! =)

Trip was to get my two elderly aunts, 84 & 87 together. They haven’t seen each other since before Covid and health declining. One aunt from PA, other NC. We stayed four days and aunt from NC and my cousins came for one day. We had a great time. The condo is absolutely gorgeous with great views of the ocean. Basics needs were stocked by owner. I did not really need to contact owner so couldn’t rate. We wish toilets were handicap, but condo was not stated as handicap and morning we left elevator wasn’t working so my 84 year old aunt walked down three flights of stairs with cane. We actually saw Otis workers there all week in other buildings. We tried to call security and main number to left them know about elevator, but they weren’t available yet. All we could have done if she wouldn’t have been able to make it down was to call 911. My husband and I would stay here again but I would not book a second or third floor condo for anyone with handicap.

Celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary at this lovely condo. It was March and chilly but the view from the balcony was great. Saw lots of dolphins and other wildlife. Thanks for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful property. Very clean with lots of updates. Amazing to get up each morning and walk into the main living area to have a full wall view of the ocean. In February, we had all the enjoyment of being on the ocean while sitting within the living space. Can't wait to return.

Just a lovely property - right on the dunes/beach. The condo is decorated simply and tastefully (IMHO!). There is also a heated pool and hottub for the community, and there is a small fitness center. You can do day trips to Beaufort and New Bern, if you are so inclined, and that's a plus.

We've stayed at Ocean Club A303 several times now, and it's always great. Very clean and comfortable with easy access to the beach. The tall chairs on the balcony are fantastic for taking in the ocean view!

We had a wonderful long weekend in this condo! It was spotless and had everything we needed. We really loved having the heated pool and the hot tub on the cooler days and enjoyed going into Emerald Isle for a few great dinners. The complex was very well maintained and very quiet and the sound side was beautiful as well. Thank you for the great stay!

Our family had a great Fall Break trip. We loved the view from the porch. The sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. The condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We would stay here again and recommend it for a wonderful getaway.

This a 3rd floor unit (top floor) with a great deck with terrific views. The island runs east to west, so we had sunrise and sunset. The unit was satisfactory- the third bedroom was filled with bunk beds - ok for small kids, but not adults. Unfortunately when we arrived, the elevator was not working, so we had to carry our luggage up 3 floors. The next day, I found Aaron, the maintenance man who immediately fixed the elevator. The property is great with a pool, hot tub and clubhouse with fitness center. We wish the grills were gas, but there are lots of good restaurants in the area.

This was an incredible property: everything was as-listed and shown. In short-it is beautiful: very new, very comfortable. The rooms are spacious & comfortable; there was easily space for us and our two kids. The bunk beds are incredibly sturdy/safe. The kitchen is well-stocked & maintained; the living room and kitchen area are spotless and comfortable. The balcony was lovely (the kids loved eating breakfast here). The view is spectacular; the beach is steps away and relatively quiet--enough people for kids to find friends, not so many that it was ever a problem to find beach space. The pool was very nice as well-kids loved running between the two! Highly recommend the local Food Lion-very friendly, less busy than other grocery stories, and made a lovely birthday cake for my husband. Lots of local seafood stores made dinner easy & wonderful every night. We absolutely would book again and our stay was far too short!

The listing is very accurate. This is a beautiful, clean condo with nice updates. The beach and access were great and the pool and hot tub were perfect for winding down after a day by the ocean. The location was great for our family of 4. We had dinner one night towards Atlantic Beach and a couple others in EI, with a nice evening on the Bogue Pier and a visit to the aquarium and Lost Treasure putt putt thrown in the mix. There are plenty of close local markets for fresh catch and the kitchen is stocked well enough for cooking them. Stephanie is incredibly responsive and communicates so well. The elevator wasn’t working when we got there but she made sure the proper folks were notified and it was good to go by our second day. The water purifier on tap was really nice to have too! The beach in front of Ocean Club is great, and a very short walk to get to a couple areas away from other folks if you want to do some surf fishing (caught a few good whiting and the Spanish Mackerel were just starting to show up). Our kids loved the bunk bed room and actually all of the beds were very comfortable. This property helped us achieve everything we hoped for in a family beach week!

We had a great time! The condo is great, the kids bunk room is perfect for multiple children. The condo was clean and owners were very responsive. The view from the third-floor deck and the chairs up there are great. The ocean club is such an awesome complex having both the sound and oceanfront to be able to enjoy. Would highly recommend!

Best Vacation Ever!
Just returned from out trip. My wife and our 3 kids (10,13, 14) had the best time ever and we have travelled extensively. If you are looking for a great condo with a great view and steps to a beautiful beach or pool book this place today. Not one single complaint from check in to communication. Emerald Isle also had a lot of other activities for our children to take part in from a boat cruise to kayaking only a few miles away.
