Cette location de vacances de trois chambres et deux salles de bains à Gulf Front est située à Indian Shores. Cette spacieuse location de vacances au 4ème étage a une décoration charmante et comprend un balcon privé face au golfe avec vue sur notre belle plage de sable blanc. Beaucoup de meubles de balcon pour profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil!
La location de vacances 403 offre une cuisine pleine grandeur entièrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers, notamment un four micro-ondes et un lave-vaisselle, des tiroirs et des armoires approvisionnés ... tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour manger à la maison.

We had an exceptional time at the Sand Dollar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always greeted with a smile. The condo was perfect for us. My son had his own room with a queen and my two daughters had a room each with their own bed. 2 bathrooms, dual sinks in the vanity, laundry room, bit closets, King Master with attached bathroom. Large kitchen with large kitchen table. Beach is right there and balcony overlooks it all. Pool and Hot tub were perfect. Place is very secure. Met many really kind families at the pool and beach.

We really loved our stay! Annette at the front desk is/was THE BEST! So helpful, patient, and kind. The property was clean, pool and hot tub were amazing, parking right there was a bonus, condo had everything we needed, and the beach was great! The only thing that was disappointing, which isn’t affecting my rating, is the fishing pier and beach were closed for beach maintenance which we thought was odd during peak spring break season and didn’t understand why the pier couldn’t be opened at the end of each day it was closed. But again, this didn’t affect my rating because we also understand maintenance needs to be done.

We have been coming to this area for 12 years with the last 6 staying at sand dollar. This year our unit was wonderful! Beautiful and cozy and served our family very well. We hate a great experience all around except trying to rebook for next year. Come to find out after staying here for 6 years there is no rental to fit us. Very disappointed as we love sand dollar and the area. It seems the next year booking process has become very tedious. Hopefully we can find something as we come with other family members and they were able to book a unit.

This was a perfect family vacation for me, my husband, 8 month old daughter, and in-laws. The condo had everything we needed. The stroller was a great added bonus and super helpful. Plenty of beach towels! The kitchen had a coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, several pots and pans, baking sheets, and blender. The washer and dryer in the unit was very beneficial, as we packed lightly and was able to wash clothes to wear again. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room to the point where we weren't walking over each other. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed the private pier. Hotel staff were very kind, personable, and helpful! Best hotel staff I have ever encountered! They were super accommodating and always had a smile on their face. The condo is located near several shops and places to eat, but you are not in the oversaturated part of the beach. The only complaint (if you want to call it that) was the several outlets were loose throughout the condo, making it impossible to charge devices, but it wasn't the end of the world.

The condo was great and so much room. Stayed with my parents, husband and our daughters who are 1 and 4. The beach is incredible, the pool is perfect and such great access to pop up to the room if needed.

We had a slight problem with other condo users flying a drone to look into our condo bur management we're sympathetic & dealt with it to the best of their ability. I wouldn’t stay with JC resort management again due to the fact that we were charged $50 after our stay for towels we couldn’t wash, due to having a dryer that didn’t dry. We couldn’t do our own laundry and we flew on a plane so that was important to us to pack less so we could do laundry. Also the entire time you have to show proof of a wrist band and we were charged for an extra wristband we didn’t have. I called a week ago to speak to someone and I’ve gotten the run around and no returned phone call. I called twice and they would said they would call me back. We come to the area twice a year and Sand Dollar is a place I wouldn’t recommend due to management.

This is the 3rd year we've been coming to Sand Dollar. Annette, Holly and the other staff are wonderful. If something is wrong, they make sure it gets fixed ASAP. The condo we stayed in (403) could stand some TLC, but it met our needs. The location is ideal and the trolley system for Golf Blvd is wonderful.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff very friendly. Condo was clean with everything we needed. We went offshore fishing on the second day. The last person was arriving that day. The front desk made it easy for her to pick up a key. Pool and hot tub area was clean. Enjoyed the wonderful view from our balcony and the private pier. Watching the sunset every night was the best! We will definitely come back!

This place was awesome! We had an amazing trip and this condo definitely had everything we needed to get us through it. Great view and amazing pool and jacuzzi. Easy access to the beach and private pier. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed! I highly recommend!

This was our first VRBO experience. We had a late check in and it was super easy and painless. The staff communicated very well. The location was great. The condo was clean and anything we had questions on or needed help with was taken care of that day. Quick access to the beach and the pool and hot tub were clean and well taken care of. The staff at JC Resort Management was super nice, went above and beyond to help us find places to go, and made sure we had what we needed that the resort supplied. The beds were a little to firm but the condo itself was clean and very comfortable.

Peaceful Vacation
We loved the property! Loved our unit #403! Property, and condo very clean! It had Everything we needed ! Indian Shores , Sand dollar was a great location ! We will return ! Walking distance to quite a few things! Great restaurants near by! We just went down to relax! And that we did! But we did fit in Tarpon Springs, johns pass, Chihuly museum in St Pete on our last day before flying home ! I recommend all , just for a break from the sun. But mostly we beached it daily! Beautiful beach. Great pool. Older complex. But well maintained! Cant wait to go back !

This was our third stay at the Sand Dollar and allow with the always amazing service from the staff there, this unit was fantastic! It was equipped with everything we needed to cook all our meals and was a great bonus to have lots of beach extras like 4-6 chairs, two coolers and sand toys. There is also updated furniture in the balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen bar stools compared to the photos online.
The fish weren't biting, but everything else was 10/10. Can't wait to come back, thank you!

Great rental
Our family had a great time at this rental and location. The condo is as described. Beautiful view from the balcony as well as master bedroom. The beach is just a few steps out the door to the sand. Pool area is spacious and has a great hot tub. Our kids appreciated the volleyball net.
There were a few chairs in the closet so we utilized those for the week vs renting the set up on the beach.
We left behind 4 boogie boards so we are hoping the next families can enjoy them.
This condo is on our list to rent on our next trip.
The only downfall was that the elevator is really slow. The can opener might be broke because we couldn't figure out how to use it after trying multiple times so we improvised and used the old school opener. The only other thing that could improve on would be having a few flat cookie sheet pans. None of these items would affect me renting this place again though.

Absolutely will return!
We loved this location, right on the beach overlooking the Gulf, beautiful grounds. Close enough to airport, amusement/water parks and board walk but far enough away for quiet nights and limited traffic. Condo was clean and had all we needed/wanted but a box of tissues (easy enough to buy). Great sized rooms, fully furnished with pots/pans/dishes (also coffee maker, blender and toaster). Bedrooms and beds were large and very comfortable! We loved our 4th floor location, great views and on the far side from the pool (if noise was a concern, although my 16 yr and 12 yr old were part of the noise). Night swimming shuts down at 10pm so noise wasn't a concern for us, might want to ask for a unit further from pool if your little ones needs to sleep earlier. Lobby and elevator were small but again not a concern for us as we opted for stairs daily-and just a brief wait as we arrived/departed with our luggage. Will look to return sometime within the next year or two and hope to get the same unit! Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Loved our room. It wasn’t cluttered with “stuff”. Smelled great when we first walked in! Nice and clean. Beds were super comfortable. Security gates weren’t always working. Had some issues with people not staying at Sand Dollar in the pool and hot tub. Our washer in our room was leaving black marks on our clothes. Found out where it was coming from and hopefully cleaned/fixed the problem. The room probably needs a new washer.
