The owner exceeded for sure. She had everything there for us where all we really needed to bring was clothes and food. She called ahead of time and told us all of the local spots which were amazing.

It was a great location. The parking is tight, but it is fine for 2 SUVs. Everything was clean, labeled, and easily located. It was a short trip to town and Dollywood. We really enjoyed it.
The heat is hard to adjust for anyone staying downstairs. It is either really cold or really hot, but overall no other problems at all.

Exceptional stay. Well organized, extremely well stocked!! Lots of thought, love n care put into this place. The fireplace area n deck with swing was our favorite hang out spots as well as the hot tub. Big screen tv n wifi will keep you connected to the outside if you choose. Will DEFINITELY rent from again. Close to all attractions but far enough away from the crowds. Loved, loved, loved this home away from home and the nature that surrounds it.
It was fabulous. There was nothing we can say bad about this place.

Location was exceptional for anything you do in pigeon forge or Sevierville. Restaurants and shopping basically right around the corner.
The pool was closed and it was hot! A lot of stairs for this old lady. Lol

This house has everything you would need for all the comforts of home! Leeann and Kevin has everything labeled and several sharing items through out the house.
Absolutely loved staying here! Location was perfect!!
Not the owners fault, however, the parking was tight! We made it work!

Excellent location, beautiful cabin. The best equipped and most organized place I think we have ever stayed. We are a large group and the layout allowed us to be together or have some privacy too.
