We had great maid service with linen changed daily. The vanity area was large & accommodating, lots of drawer space. Great location. Courteous staff.

The bathroom was small. The breakfast room was tiny, but they did have good breakfast options.

I was very happy with the friendliness of the staff, 24hr coffee in lobby, cleanliness of room as well as outside of property, comfortable beds, parking, awesome breakfast bar, perfect location, great pricing, and I would recommend this property to all my family, and friends. Look forward to staying with this property again the Springtime!

Earlier check-In would've been great, but I perfectly understand that Housekeeping needs time to prepare the rooms for the next guest. And maybe popcorn or cookies/donuts in the lobby to go with the coffee.

Very comfortable and great breakfast, and the lady tending to the food was amazing kept the food full and was very nice.

Hard to get out on to the road because of traffic.

We were located less than 10 minutes away from everything that we planned to do the entire weekend we were there!

The shower leaked and dripped all night

I booked there last year, so I booked my entire vacation around the king suite with hot tub, fireplace & balcony, they only have 1 room that has all those, and it’s a family motel that’s clean and comfy

I got to the property, checked it, and they handed me my key, as soon as I seen the room number 301, I knew I didn’t get the balcony I paid for or booked 2 months ago, I went back downstairs & talked to them, they didn’t offer to give me any money back, they said it was an amenity, yes one I paid for, I asked the 2nd shift man if I could move to the room I booked when the other guests left, he said no I can just check you out, pretty much telling me I could just leave after I paid $890 for this certain room, the next morning I went and talked to day shift, of course it was all blamed on booking.com & it could be partially their fault but I’ve never had an issue with booking the whole 4 years I’ve been using them. This was my anniversary week and I booked ahead and asked off work around when this room was available, they finally said they would give me $112 back for the amount of the balcony, I’m still waiting on the refund!

It was a good location. An staff was very nice

The room was so musty smelling an the bathroom just nasty an smelled like sewage . It give us a headache every time we came back from shopping. We left a day early cause it was so bad smelling.

The room was good for the two of us. The location was good with getting in and out of traffic.

Good area, and had free breakfast. Close to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge attractions. Also convenient that there is a food city within walking distance.

Room was extremely humid. Would leave paper in the morning and by the time we came back it would be drenched, only by the humidity in the room.

It is what it is but the rooms are so humid. I know they do what they can though. Bathroom was a little snug but we made do because we saved money by staying here.

Shower curtain clings to you while in it and the water ends up on the floor. Water pressure was lacking and if you're tall like me you have to duck to wash your head

The location was great!!!! Enjoyed the River view!

The shower was WAY too narrow, every ambient noise could be heard, especially traffic.
