Facilities and layout of grounds were awesome. House was tidy and had most household items we needed. We loved the pickle ball courts and proximity to golf course (which was a nice surprise as we hadn't seen it in the description prior)!

We received an email about checking in at a specific offsite location prior to house entry and there was also an option of a FaceTime check in. The person who would have checked us in had not tried to call us within the window of time, so we were attempting to get in contact with them. They told us we could go straight to the house, but the address that was given to us for the house led us to the South Gate entrance. The Vacasa customer service folks on the phone had no idea where to point us to after that, and then finally gave us cross streets for the entrance gate, but no actual address. It made the entire check-in process a little questionable, and after a long travel day we expected our arrival to be a little smoother. In addition, an email was received on day of check in regarding heating the pool and hot tub, and this was the first time we were alerted to a '72 hr window' in order to have heat. We asked for it once we were on the phone with someone, and they said they could get the hot tub heated within a few hours-24 hours. The following day, it was still not hot. We would have loved to use those facilities and were ready to pay the extra fee, but the communication was off and we weren't able to take advantage of that.

Was very difficult to contact Vacasa in the beginning to make changes. On hold for hours.
