The toilet was broken and they don’t do anything to fixed it

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, it was a good area for what I needed.

No coffee maker or fridge in the room. The WiFi didn’t work very well in my room. I had to use my phone for hot spot to do my homework.

The servers

No fresh I'm stay for 4 day no give me fresh

I like the servers in the night in the front desk

I don't no like. The shower

The hotel is in a really good location! I am able to walk to the casino and a grocery store!

The floor was scuffed. The window had a tagging etched into the glass. The heater didn't work. The phone didn't work and someone had to enter the room to replace it.

A place to sleep, AC worked. Maintenance guy that came to fix frig was courteous and tried to be helpful. Ended up replacing frig.

Asked for 1st floor, did not get. Asked for frig for insulin, was not going to provide, then was going to charge extra! Frig in room did not work, replaced with one that almost worked. ROACHES!!! Phone cable end did not mate with phone, SO NO PHONE. Wanted ice after a day in 101 degree temps, said vending room was locked. Next day was told ice machine not working!!! Overall bad experience. Only 1 wash cloth. No microwave, no kleenex tissues, no coffee pot.

I've been saying at motel six's for decades it's my go to place to stay when I'm on vacation.... It is now in the the 90s in Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage.......for my entire visit the ice machine was out of service. When I asked what was the problem both daytime and nighttime staffs told me it's not in the budget to repair both ice machines. I find it very hard to believe that a multimillion dollar corporation like Motel 6 can't afford to fix 2 ice machines....... Very poor excuses and very unprofessional and not very business-friendly. Something needs to be done about this MOTEL 6!!!

Room was fairly clean, and air conditioning worked really well. Bed was comfortable. TV was in working order. Room was fairly quiet, until about midnight. The price was right for my short time there.

Bathroom needs a deep cleaning and needs some painting on the ceiling. It looks as though there may have been a leak from the upstairs room and when repairs were done, a good job wasn't done. When the guest upstairs walked, whoever it was was heavy footed. It woke me up.
