The room service staff was tremendous. Deb was very helpful and thoughtful.

The price was a little high for the time of year that we stayed there.

Location and pool was nice.

When I requested for the room to be cleaned, no one came. The staff are quite slow and don’t go over and beyond with their customer service.

The pool was nice for the kids.

The smell of the lobby was bad. Our room was not clean and the AC was very loud. Moved to another room with the same issues.

The worst thing was the staff. The front desk staff were very rude. when I booked the hotel it was important for us to have a good view because we were going to stay inside the hotel for 2 days. we booked a room overlooking the pool, we were given a room overlooking the parking lot. I noticed this as soon as I entered the room, after that I went downstairs and asked to change our room, because we booked another room, to which they answered that they won't change my room and I have 5 minutes to go up to my room or leave the hotel .. They kicked us out! I travel a lot, but I have never met such an attitude from the staff. and they took money from me.terrible place

My husband had to go to the ER the last day of our stay. Most likely food poisoning from eating in the bar. Both he and I shared the tomato soup. He ate most of it so his symptoms were worse than mine. My son did not eat the soup and was fine. The only other thing that I would have liked was more blankets on the bed. The bedding was very skimpy and therefore not very comfortable.

The front desk staff were awesome. The whole grounds well kept everything spotless.

The daytime bar staff awful! I went there twice and they acted like they were doing me a favor to wait on me. Talking to amongst each other not paying attention. I couldn't believe it, Twice!

Location is great, close proximity to downtown Palm Springs and other areas. Beds are very comfortable and slept well.

Peloton bike in gym; the seat would not move. The temperature in the gym was warm.

pool view room had no view of the pool. patio fire pit didn’t work. drilling at 7am. didn’t clean room unless requested. twice asked reception for new towels after 3 days and nicer turned up. asked for more toilet roll never came. pool bar closed due to a tech issue with till but no contingency put in place so had to walk into main bar in wet clothes to order.

When we arrived, didn’t know about our reservation. Finally, got a room. Coffee maker was brojen.

no room service no housekeeping, my room was never cleaned during my stay. no proper bedding, the duvet was put on the bad directly without a cover,

Room size was good and comfortable.

I asked "complimentary housekeeping by request" on day 3, but the hotel didn't do anything. Therefore I called the front desk and asked for towels replacement TWICE, but no one showed up eventually.

The view and vibes were amazing. The rooms were more than spacious with a balcony to sit on. The pool area was nice, with music playing.

We’ve stayed here in the past but we were disappointed, didn’t even get to stay. We drove two hours to get to the property only to be told AFTER my ID and credit card was verified that the AC was not working. No options were given and we understand that they cannot give a definite amount of time as to when their AC would be back up and running. Weather was in the high 90’s, I imagine it being hotter inside the room. Thankfully I was able to cancel entire booking and we were not charged for our stay, but a heads up prior to arrival would have been much appreciated. We ended up driving back home to LA.
