I didn't like anything in the Charlet and service . Poor waste management. It's not tidy . I'm already made a complaint towards the host and booking.com .poor customer service.NO TOILET paper !

Location was great that was about it really
No hot water which were told at the last minute. I unfortunately had paid by this time and it said that I would not get my money back if I cancelled. There was a leak somewhere in the bathroom which I had to keep moping the floor. There was no wifi. We tried to ring to tell them about the leak and WiFi there was no reply.
