the room was clean, the location area very good. Valentina was extremely kind and friendly, she gave us the best recommendations, tips and tricks for Avola.

breakfast was neither consistent nor diverse. basically composed of bakery products (bread and focacia), salami a very thin slice or none at all, no vegetables, and in the first morning there were only 2 slices of watermelon even though there were 3 of us, second day no fructs. A little discomfort was due to the fact that access to the toilet is done in the common space.

Valentina, the owner of this really nice flat was extremely friendly and helpful, booked last minute and she was there to welcome us immediatlely

Very clean and well kept, the owners Claudia and Valentina were so lovely and looked after us really well. They were always available to help - they picked us up late in the evening to take us to the hotel and helped us to rent a car - and give recommendations for the area as well. The breakfast was good quality with plenty of options, and while Avola is a very quiet town, the flat is a 5 minute walk to the centre square and no more than 12-15 minutes to the beach. You can also take a bus or rent a car for very little money to visit the surrounding areas.

There were very few things to dislike! Our only real concern is that we assumed the property had a bathroom with the room - private bathrooms are offered, but they are located out in the common area. It would be really helpful if the advert for the property makes it clear that private bathrooms are separate from the room and are located in the kitchen/living area.
