Good location, nice having a pool, one bathroom is recently renovated. The Villa is on two floors, upper floor has a separate entrance and total privacy from ground floor. Each floor has a toilet + shower, there is an extra toilet and shower outside next to the pool. The villa is provided with working air conditioning (in the corridors and in one bedroom).

Stayed for three days and wasn't the best experience. First of all I needed to pay a renting agency outside booking which was a big deal for me since I've been scammed in past, however Booking guaranteed for this seller so I did it. After paying (wasn't cheap at all!) iI received tons of email asking to complete the payment (?) and nobody confirmed this went actually through. Then the agency reached out and told us we needed to pay 15£ each if we wanted sheets and towels, otherwise we need to provide them ourselves! Shame! When we reached the Villa, we notice the pool was dirty, this got even worse due to the surrounding trees and dust, which is understandable for the area, but there is no cleaning filter in the pool, not suction filters nor anything so we constantly cleaned it ourselves manually. Bare in mind every morning it was full of dead insect and mosquitos! There are three kitchens in the villa. The upper floor one built-in in one of the bedrooms does not work, ground floor one and the outside kitchen both work connected to the same gas tank, which needs to be opened but nobody told us anything. We figured it out but even fully opened the tank was nearly empty and the kitchen fires was so low that cooking was a struggle (no gas pipes at all). Also we did not get any hot water during the entire stay!!! Showers were barely lukewarm but luckily was summer and very warm all day. Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. There are cutlery plates and cups but no coffee, no oil nor salt nor cleaning products, we had to provide for everything else. The villa has 12 beds spaces but only two sun-beds. We asked if we could do a late checkout but the agency told us this was not possible as they were fully booked so we had to leave by 10.
