The house was perfect for a family of 4! Kids loved the lake and kayaks. Beautiful views in a quiet and relaxing beachfront.

The property was charming with a beautiful view. The house was perfect size for the six of us. The amenities were on point and the beach was great for our family. There is a garage for storage as well as a shed down by the beach. The lake is clean and refreshing. We loved the house and location! It was a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

There are not enough superlatives to rate this property! The spectacular view sitting on the deck makes it all worthwhile! But that’s just the icing. It’s a perfect location. I’ve stayed at a number of places but this one outshines them all. I literally did not have to bring anything. Kitchen is well stocked with every item you will need. The “manager” certainly makes you feel welcomed and concerned you are comfortable with everything you need. If I could give more stars, I would! MLT

Our recent stay at this Vrbo lake house on Owasco Lake was truly exceptional! The host's warm hospitality and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. The tastefully furnished interior blended seamlessly with the breathtaking views of Owasco Lake, creating an ambiance of pure relaxation. The open-concept living space allowed for effortless interaction among family and friends. The bedrooms were cozy and offered picturesque vistas. The deck and dock provided stunning panoramas and opportunities for water sports. The nearby towns and attractions added extra excitement. Owasco Lake's proximity to wineries, hiking trails, and daily treats at nearby Tom Thumb and Seb’s added an extra layer of excitement to our stay, ensuring there was always something new to explore. We highly recommend this lake house for a remarkable getaway!

I had the pleasure of staying at this lakefront cottage recently, and it was an absolute delight. The location was serene and picturesque, with the cottage nestled right by the tranquil waters of the lake. The view from the cottage was simply breathtaking, offering stunning sunsets and a sense of serenity. We spent hours swimming, fishing, and simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The outdoor space was large, with a lovely deck and barbecue area that were ideal for enjoying meals while taking in the beauty of the lake. The owners of the cottage were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was pleasant and memorable. Their hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to our experience. Riccardo was very responsive and I really appreciated that;thank you Ricardo. The location is great; loved watching sunsets on the lake every night. Sadly the whole house and deck need lots of TLC!!! The house needs central a/c; it got very hot at night to sleep. The bbq grill is rusted. The toilet seat downstairs needs securing. The whole interior needs to be painted. It could be a very nice house! The deck needs to be sanded and stained. Bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed this property’s location. It was a beautiful view of the lake. We were the first visitors of the season so there were some glitches. Thankfully the host was very kind and responsive to everything. It was the perfect size for our family to enjoy a graduation weekend and time together.

Seamless booking and check in process, and the property manager is very attentive. The property itself is has awesome views, is peaceful and has lots of outdoor activities! Thank you for having us!

Lovely lake house, it has all the amenities our family needed. The view from the living room is amazing. It is just like sitting right on the lake and made rainy weather absolutely beautiful to watch. The hosts are attentive and very kind! You won’t regret renting this house :)

The kitchen is well-equipped; the kayaks are so much fun; there's a great dock to sit on over the water, and ample deck and yard space for everyone. Beautiful vista of lake during the day and splendid sunsets at night. Some days during the week were very hot and the AC on the first floor sometimes struggled to keep up. Stairs down to the beach can be precarious for the older crowd. We did not have a dock because the water level was so high during our stay and Rick offered to refund a portion of the rental fee because of that. Rick was very attentive and checked in on us mid-week via text to see if everything was alright. Very clean and comfortable interior. Convenient to Auburn for supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at Rick’s lakeside cottage. It was peaceful and very relaxing with stunning views. The cottage was very well stocked for all our needs, with two smart TVs, great WiFI for WFH, a good kitchen and Rick was very prompt with his responses. We thank Rick for allowing us to stay another night, at the very last minute.

Beautiful views and good privacy. The master suite was very nice with its own balcony. Great outdoor furnishings and kayaks and water toys. There were games and books for rainy time and all of the things you need for a relaxing lake vacation. WiFi was good and there were two big flat screen TVs that were internet accessible. Coffee maker is a Keurig . Fishing off the dock was great too. The water is crystal clear. Owners were very responsive and friendly. We are definitely going back.

The home does need some TLC. They were in the process of repairing water damage, fixing baseboards. The kitchen lacked cutting boards and frying pans smaller than 15 inches. Although not the main reason for a lake front home the TV in tiny and living room furniture is uncomfortable. The owner was attentive when he was called. Beautiful views of the sunset.

Overall nice place to stay. While the home is lake front and has all tje ammentieites needed it could use some minor TLC and a deeper clean. The owner was very nice and always available.

A few disappointments in that: although there was an air conditioning unit - it did not cool the entire camp so we had to purchase a couple fans to cool one of the bedrooms for sleeping comfort; there were no bath towels, nor beach towels; the gas grill was not properly cleaned. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay. The huge deck with retractable awning was awesome and we witnessed some of the most beautiful sunsets!!!
