Very comfortable apartment with a great back yard. Very spacious and easily accommodates the listed max number of people. We felt welcome form the first minute and contact prior our arrival was very efficient with fast responses

There are so many switches for the lights that initially it was a bit of a puzzle. Outside seating arrangement is good for 8 persons. A bigger group of people will be a bit of a challenge to have at one table. None of the above have bothered us during our stay

fantastic property and great host

Elena was a fantastic host, she even went out of her way to buy some birthday sweets for one of our group, lovely touch. She was very kind to all the group and very helpful settling us in. We have already tried to book again, so that say's it all really! This villa is huge, even though we traveled as a group of ten we all had plenty of space, the same goes for the pool and garden area as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a larger group.

Some fixtures need replacing, for example a faulty shower head in the Jacuzzi bath. The extractor fan is no good for people over 5'6'', it's very low, a few of us have bruises thanks to this. The floors seemed to have only been swept, not wet mopped. The gardener turning on the lawn mower of the last day whilst people were trying to relax by the pool and a baby napping nearby was also annoying. A bigger line to dry laundry would've been very useful, especially for families, the existing one is tiny and not positioned for sun.
