Bienvenue dans notre condo South Wildwood situé à seulement 1,5 pâté de maisons de la plage et de la promenade n ° 1 du New Jersey.
Séjour minimum de 7 jours (du samedi au samedi) du Memorial Day à la fête du Travail. Autres fois séjour minimum de 2 jours.
Le linge de maison (draps et serviettes) peut être fourni moyennant un supplément.
2 places de parking sont incluses.
Le condo est mis à jour avec un plancher gratté à la main, de la peinture fraîche et des téléviseurs à écran plat.
Les jetées et parcs aquatiques de Morey sont également à proximité. Garez votre voiture et laissez les clés, vous êtes à proximité de tout ce dont vous avez besoin comme des pizzerias, des restaurants mexicains, une crêperie, un grill pacifique, un mini-golf, des glaces, un dépanneur, un magasin d'alcools, des boutiques et plus encore, le tout dans un rayon de 2 blocs . Nous sommes proches de la plage mais assez loin du bruit et de la congestion du cœur de Wildwood.
Vous pouvez vous détendre au bord de la piscine avec votre glacière ou nager. Ce n'est pas une petite piscine "jacuzzi". De l'entrée séparée au premier étage, vous prenez un escalier pour vous rendre au salon avec système de son surround, canapé-lit queen et causeuse, salle à manger, demi-bain et cuisine entièrement équipée.
A l'étage, il y a trois chambres à coucher, salle de bain complète, buanderie et grand espace de rangement. Toutes les chambres ont une télévision connectée et des stores assombrissants. La chambre principale a deux grandes fenêtres qui donnent sur la piscine. Tous les bains, la cuisine et la salle à manger ont un sol en carreaux de céramique.
Disponible pour l'utilisation sera deux chaises de plage et un parapluie.
Notre rue compte de nombreuses familles qui sont revenues depuis plus de 20 ans. Cela donne une ambiance de quartier chaleureuse. Nous pensons que vous passerez de bonnes vacances ici.

Nice clean place, walking distance to literally every place we wanted to go. Everything was as described. Only inconvenience was sewage backed up the day before we left so no one in the complex could shower or use water. Other than that it was great!

We stayed at this wonderful townhouse for two days in July. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, (try Venezia, Italian Restaurant) shops, and walking distance to the boardwalk.
The townhouse itself was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. We particularly enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the cozy living room with a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. The townhouse also had a swimming pool and parking was a great bonus.
The host, Teuta, was incredibly responsive and helpful. They provided us with details of the area and were always available to answer any questions we had.
Overall, our stay was fantastic. We felt right at home and appreciated all the little touches that made our visit special. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Wildwood NJ. Thank you, Tueta, for a memorable stay!

Our stay in Wildwood was excellent because our homebase was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Teuta, the owner, was helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely come and stay here again. The pool was also a bonus for us and it was clean also!

The unit is as clean, beds were all comfortable and the communication with the host was easy. We only had one issue with a TV not working but she replaced after our visit. Not too big of an issue bc we were busy on the boardwalk.

The place was perfect for us (4 adults and 2 children). We were able to walk to the boardwalk(I would probably drive up the next tine because the walk to the beach was another 500 yards. It was awesome though! Neighborhood was quiet, we did encounter a neighbor that had a screaming baby, walls very thin. The pool was great. Parking was good.

This was our first time in a long time staying at a VRBO and the owner made it extremely easy. He was responsive and immediately assisted in any way he could. The location was 2 blocks from the boardwalk and easy access to all restaurants in the area. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our family. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back for sure!

This was our first time visiting the area. I wanted a place close to the beach, parking for both vehicles and preferably a pool. This place has it all. It’s spacious nicely furnished and decorated. The only negative was that the house was really warm despite the air conditioning and fans.
We will definitely be returning.

The property was comfortably furnished and clean and had all we needed. The pool was a bonus. The best was being able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and all the wonderful restaurants. The MudHen Brewery and the Dog's Tooth were 2 of our favorites. Cape May wineries a short drive and more great places to eat. The AC equipment in the closet of the 3rd bedroom was quite noisey, so our son ended up sleeping in the 2nd bedroom with his sister, but I don't think it would bother a child at all.

The town house was very clean and nicely decorated. My boys and I enjoyed the pool. There was an issue with the garbage disposal and the owner was diligent to get it taken care of. The bathrooms were a little small and the chairs at the table were uncomfortable. The chairs for the beach were convenient and light to carry. Everything was close by. It was also nice to have parking for 2 cars. The water pressure was good and stayed warm for all of us to shower. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful trip.

The property location was prefect for us! No crazy check in or out processes made it simple. Kitchen was adequate but missing measure cup and spoons. Keurig would have been better for my family. Queen matress was terrible!!! I would stay again but only if they upgraded from the RV type mattress.

House was surface clean where you can see. Would recommend deep clean air vents included. Damage to house was not disclosed prior to us going hand rail ripped out of the wall to upstairs and ceiling blades removed from fan in bedroom. Air conditioning unit for whole upstairs located in bedroom very loud and difficult to sleep also not disclosed. Not our type of place to stay. To top it off power to whole island went out at 10:00 AM Friday so we left early. Owner had no control over this happening heard power returned this morning.

This rental is located at an ideal spot close to the boardwalk, 1/2 a block from a dinner and an ice cream shop and within walking distance from several resturants. With a little effort, you walk to the Wildwood entertainment piers and mini golf. Street was surprisingly quiet and the pool handy for afternoon dips. Could use an upgrade on the pots and pans and I think the mini grill was missing an attachment. Nicely beachy feel to the decorations. HVAc system was a little noisy but with the fans truned on it moved the cool air around (though one bedroom fan lacked blades). Overall it met ours needs for the week.

I would Definately book this place again. The condo was clean, cool and very roomy and comfortable, the only thing we had to bring was sheets and linens but that was totally ok. Owners are so nice and so prompt getting back to us ASAP. Thanks for the great stay. I give it a 10

The property was nice,close to the ocean with pretty swimming pool. After a while our 3 years old started coughing more and more. We found the vents was extremely dirty and full of mold.(have pictures).Washer was full of mold inside also. We did contact the owner,she said we shouldn't be concerned too much,and want to give us 100$ refund.We said no,thanks.Child was coughing more and more,so after contact a pediatrician we left 2 days earlier.Told about that the owner,she came and said the vents are clean!!! But we have a pictures.So,very expensive vacations was completely spoiled, no refunt ,even we paid a lot for cleaning .No more renting there.

My family and I rented this property for Irish weekend/car show. The location is great! The house was clean, right in front of the pool, and lots of room! The host communicated very well with me. My husband left his shirts in the closet and they even offered to mail them to us. Overall it was a fantastic weekend and would love to return.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was very comfortable and accommodating. Close to beach and boardwalk and walking distance to food. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has Everything you need. Ceiling fans in each room are a plus as the temperature is regulated but you can request it to be changed if you wish. Happy we chose this location for our Wildwood stay. It is away from boardwalk so very quiet at night.

This condo was in a great location, and the owner was very responsive. Unfortunately when we arrived, we immediately noticed the condo had not been cleaned at all prior to our stay. The owner quickly responded, was apologetic and gave us a financial compensation. Much appreciated and that’s the reason I gave 3 stars, but we still had to clean and vacuum the whole place. If this didn’t happen, my rating would be higher.

This property is conveniently located to the boardwalk and beach. Parking is easy. The home is spacious and comfortable. It could use a refresh as it is well used but it was clean and the owners are very quick to respond. Overall it was a fine place to spend a weekend in October.

Great location and close to everything. The owner was informative. The house was clean. The only downfall was that the thermostat is set to a specific temperature. It got very hot at night and one of the room's fans did not have blades which would have made things better.

The condo owners were quickly responsive to questions. The unit was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable.
The pool was wonderful. On a few days it was too hot to go to the beach and the pool was an excellent alternative.
