The air conditioning broke shortly before we were due to arrive. The owner offered us another property to stay at but we just decided to check in two days later as she was able to repair the A/C. She was very accommodating for this bad timing incident and refunded us the two days we could not stay. The house was beautiful and in a great location. Loved the gardens and fenced yard for the dogs. Definitely a keeper.!!!

The property was the nicest we have ever rented. The owner was most gracious. She kept in touch with me throughout the entire month to make sure we had everything that we needed to make our stay more pleasant. The house was extremely clean, well decorated and had all of the essentials plus more to make our stay comfortable. If and when we stay come to stay in New Smyrna we will definently choose to stay at this property.

This completey remodeled home inside and out, had the very best of everything!! Very well stocked with paper towels, etc. Very nice and quite neiborhood 5 minute drive to the beach! Really enjoyed sitting on front porch! A must vacation rental!!!! Thank you!

The house is lovely. It has anything that you would need. The owners thought of everything. The location is close to restaurants, the beach and shopping; you need very little driving time. There was always a breeze on the front porch or the backyard. I can't think of anything I would change. We loved it.

We have stayed at several rentals over the years. This was the first one that had absolutely everything you could need or want. Beautiful house and yard. Very comfortable beds and furniture. A gated front porch that our dog loved. Very clean!!

This is a quiet neighborhood that is safe to walk through. Convenient to the beach and shopping. The house and garden is beautiful. The front porch is great for people watching and for enjoying the weather. If you forget anything, the owners probably have it available. Totally stocked. Would love to stay here again.

The house Is even better than the pictures. The kitchen is awesome, and the beds are comfortable. The yard is beautifully landscaped with a fenced in back yard and fenced in front porch to keep our fur babies safe. Great neighborhood for walking. Only 3 short blocks to the shops and restaurants on Canal Street and easy access to both causeways to the beach. I would absolutely rent this place again.

We love the location and all the amenities. Debra was very easy to work with and while vacationing, I need something, emailed her and got an immediately reply. Will stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed This quaint historic home in new Smyrna Beach perfect for relaxing cooking and walking to nearby restaurants and close to the beach!! Comfortable and beautifully updated!! Will definitely return one day if possible!!

This is a beautiful well appointed home a short walk to restaurants and art galleries in downtown NSB. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We truly enjoyed are stay and would definitely return.

When we chose this property to rent, the location was the main drawing point. (The other was the kitchen!) We wanted to be able to walk to shops and restaurants on Canal Street. It was perfect! We brought our little dog and walked almost 150 miles total during our six week stay. We loved the ease of walking to Corkscrew and Prima for dining outside with our dog. We loved to ease of walking to Blackbeard’s in the other direction for amazing oysters and prime rib. We were on the front porch a lot in the mornings and evenings. The neighbors were wonderful, we enjoyed chatting with them some. I sat on the porch working on crafts at my folding table and was almost embarrassed when folks would walk past and compliment me on the beautiful yard...it is beautiful, but I can’t take any credit! The kitchen was so well appointed that it encouraged us to cook at home some during our stay. You can tell that Debra and Michael love to cook and have high standards in their cookware. Everything is there...from a crockpot to bakeware! If it’s not in the kitchen, you probably don’t need it! We thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Debra and Michael and loved having this home as our little reprieve from colder weather in the mountains where we live. They were wonderful and very responsive with any questions we had. We are to be able to stay again to walk more and enjoy this amazing home.

We really enjoyed saying in this charming bungalow. It was the perfect place to stay with our Boston Terrier. The house was very clean and the location was close to the beach. It was a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay again!

This home exceeded all our expectations, and provided us a wonderful home base for enjoying a week of sunshine and relaxation in New Symrna Beach. Our communication with Debra was delightful, and the renovated historic cottage was updated with every amenity. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were very comfortable with no well planned thought for guests overlooked. The only disappointment was needing to leave! We definitely will be back soon, and hopefully often.

We were a group of 5 with 2 dogs and were perfectly accommodated in this exceptional home. The front porch is another living space and thoughtfully gated so the pups could join in. The back yard is so beautifully landscaped that you barely want to go to the beach, which is a bike ride away or a moment on your car. The home itself is a wonderful gathering space as the kitchen is the focal point. You couldn't ask for more gracious hosts, very kind and accommodating. Cant wait to return.
