The apartment was nothing like any of the photos provided. Host promised a room change then we never heard anything from them. Bed were hard as rocks. Couch had “white bodily stains on couch, was giving a sheet to cover the couch by host. Host was accommodating at the start then turned absolutely sour ended up buying another hotel ont he second day. Waste of time and money would never go again

Cheap ikea furniture made it feel cheap. Bed was really uncomfortable and felt like a teenagers bed. Poor quality

The location, the view, the facilities in the apartment, the windows opened for fresh air.
The smell of cigarette in the room on arrival and whilst using the laundry area. The dirt on my daughters feet from crawling around the apartment. The crunchy bed sheets.

It's nothing like the pictures, and it's actually tiny! even 2 people we were tripping over each other. The apartment is made cheaply, nothing is convenient, light switches in the wrong places, doors won't stay closed, drainage not working, toilet wouldn't flush properly etc.

The location was great, beautiful view.
I didn’t like how dirty things were. Also I asked for late check out, which they said would be fine, but 20 minutes before check out people opened up the door and were quite rude, asking us to hurry up. I contacted the property about this, and they offered no apology, and instead just an excuse that they didn’t confirm it so they didn’t know.

nothing the owners are disgustingly rude and scammed myself, partner and our 2 year old little girl out of $500 then adding the expense of the last minute hotel we booked because they took our money then refused us entry claiming we had done something in which I had no idea about or who the person whose name they accused me of being. totalling $1500
from what I’ve heard unclean and falsely advertised

There was no doona cover and the blankets were dirty. The TV remote didn't work and the heater kept turning off.

I like how accomodating they are and was very flexible about our requests. It was very nice of them to do so.
There were areas with questionable cleanliness like for example the beddings had blood stains.
The exhaust in the toilet does not seem to work properly. We have informed the owner but was told not to worry about it.

No DVDs or netflix for inside. No milk for tea or coffee. Light switch for bathroom fan broken. Hard to communicate and no reponse when asked about bag drop or early check in.

Ŋo coffee shop available within 200m so it is a real effort to get to one in the morning

Very nice apt, well equips. Great location, very nice and accommodating service.
Our only qualms are, the mattress is extreme soft (not much support), I'm sure there are some who like soft mattresses but this was way too soft for us. The sofa either had a problem or was badly made, u cld feel the wood frame when u sat on it, im guessing the cushioning is very thin.
