Nice, clean rooms.
Extremely overpriced as all of the hotels in Belleville for no reason. It is not like Belleville is a tourist destination. The breakfast was extremely disappointing compared to any other hotel I have been to. No bacon, no sausage. I am not even sure what the meat was, but it was very thin (almost like a thin bologna). The cereals were very limited. First one ever with no Fruit Loops. For the price I was very disappointed. Stayed in a hotel in London the day prior that was less that half the price (brand new in appearance) and the breakfast was 5X better.

Good beds, clean rooms
Almost all breakfast options were unavailable due to incorrect ordering, leaving all hotel guests with dry toast, eggs and beans. Our kids (among all other families staying there) were so disappointed we ended up with buying pancakes at a nearby McDonalds to eat at the hotel.
Customer service was even worse, no apologies were issued. The only reaction from the staff at front desk was ‘yeah, we’re used to complaints’.
Unacceptable for the price you pay. Worst experience ever.

Hotel staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Room very clean and modern. Really enjoyed the swimming pool. Very impressed with the hot breakfast.

The breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel. A nice touch was a waffle maker for the children.
For a newer hotel I expected a hot tub. My husband's side of the bed was sunk in and he did not sleep well.

Upon arriving we waited 5 to 10 minutes for front desk clerk to come to the front. There was no one there to check us in. It may be helpful to have a bell or button to let staff know of guest arrivals. Clerk was friendly though when she did get to desk.

Fresh room, looks like new, clean and no odors, comfy bed, decent breakfast, easy to check-in and out.
Heat pump is noisy and blowing strong towards a sofa bed. Just one chair for three people in the room. Open concept of the washroom.

Beds were very comfortable and heating/air conditioning was very responsive and easily manipulated to get desired temperature for sleeping. Bathroom was clean but shower was only adequate.
Breakfast was very busy and one staff member was overwhelmed. Ran out of items (ie Bagels and could not provide more because they. were "frozen"). ( I have toasted frozen bagels before without problems). There was minimum seating and many people had to stand or take food back to their rooms. Not very well done.
Mirror lighting (essential for shaving) did not work in any logical manner. Came on when unexpected and did not respond to switch on mirror.
