we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. It is a 2 story building with no elevator so you will have to carry your luggage upstairs. That isn't for everyone but wasn't an issue for us.

We were just looking for an affordable place to stay one night and Comfort Inn offered that. It was simple and offered a clean room, comfortable bed, and good shower. A basic breakfast was also included.

This Comfort Inn is just off a major road (highway 62) and a few blocks from the 401. Just far away enough that traffic noise is minimal. We were pleased with the cleanliness of our room. A taller toilet was really nice since there are no hand rails. While there is one grab bar by the shower a second one in the shower would have been helpful since the bottom of the tub was a bit sloped and slippery. We had two double beds. The mattresses were a little too firm for aching backs. Breakfast is served from 6 to 9 on weekdays. There is a big variety of restaurants in the area. We would stay here again if we are in Belleville again.

Loved your continental breakfast which was included, but it closed at 9:00 am. I would think that the vast majority of your guests would prefer that it was open till 10:00 am. Just saying!

This Hotel needs serious renovation.
First off, the AC in the room was very noisy and worst part it was leaking on the floor carpet….Carpet needs to be removed and replaced.
Hope they fix this because the location area is perfect.

We stopped at the hotel for a night. The location is very convenient if you need to rest while driving over longer distance - close to Highway 401. The service was good. The room was clean. The hotel stay included a breakfast: eggs, cream cheese, bagels etc.

Over all not my cup of tea. When i was there police in area every night. There was a walk to the bus stop and they changed the routes in the middle of my stay.
Possitive part was extremely great breakfast, except for the.attendent that stared at u whyll u get food.

Room was clean, shower had no conditioner, bed sheets smelled a bit like dog, breakfast was fantastic , overall not the worst hotel I've stayed in but also not the best.

Check in was easy, we were a little early and they allowed us to check in this was convenient for us as we had an appointment to get to if we could not check in earlier by the time we finished the appointment it would have been late night. We were just there to sleep and check out next morning.

The price is reasonable for the services provided. The breakfast room is small for the size of the hotel and should be enlarged. Our room was not cleaned after our first night and we thought it would be as we spoke to the cleaning staff.

We did not stay because the carpet was very dirty and it was badly smelling. So we had to move to another hotel and requested a refund from expedia.

Location is not nice an industrial area our off town and the beds where very hard. The airconditioning made a lot off noise. It looks like you always get the leftovers at exepedia.

The comfort inn is comfortable for everything the morning breakfast was amazing.

Checkin was great the next front desk person was so rude and demanded us to move our vehicle for more important guests. We declined and we were worried about our vehicle which caused us to not sleep or even relax. Construction workers were throwing beer cans and smoking weed having a good old party. They were not told to move their construction vehicles in fact they parked blocking the thruway as they partied.

Overheated room with ineffective antique a/c - compressor sounded like the airport at peak flight time - temp went from 26c to 25c in 4 hours - pitiful!

Friendly and efficient front desk staff who checked in a lineup of people in record time.
Room was clean, quiet, with comfortable bed and bedding, updated bathroom, but small counter space. Good shower flow, lots of hot water.
Usual breakfst fare, moderate amount of space to sit and eat.
One downside, no elevator.
The surrounding area is partly run down industrial, partly residential. Large shopping areas and restaurant options within a short distance. Easy and close access to the 401.

Property advertised as Hotel is really an old motel in dire need of a refresh. Room still stinks of cigarette smoke. Moldy bath.
The staff is friendly and helpful, but the state of the property cannot justify the price.

The room was really humid. Stayed for a few days and our clothes were damp from the room. The toilet would not flush properly. The staff were really nice and helpful throughout the stay. Good breakfast for a hotel.

Arrived early and was allowed to check in which is not always the case. Very friendly staff at front desk. Needed a taxi very early the next morning and staff did their best to arrange same and was successful. Location allowed a short walk to shopping and restaurants as well as easy access to public transportation. Would certainly stay at this location again and would recommend to others.
