We had such a great stay! The condo is big and open and halfway between the beach and bars, restaurants and shops! So convenient and lovely!

Everything was excellent! Super clean, spacious, and convenient. We wish the pool was open until 8 or 9. Our favorite vacation activity is hanging out at the pool after dinner.

This was a great rental at Tybee. We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids. More than enough space! Washer and dryer was a plus! Came with all necessary kitchen utensils. There was quick and clear communication from the rental company regarding an AC issue that was fixed prior to check-in. The property was clean upon arrival and check in was smooth. I took one star off because there were some minor issues, the bathroom fixtures (toilet paper holder, hand towel holder) were broken or missing. And the front door lock plate was loose and a screw had blocked the door from opening resulting us having to get in through a window. Not a huge issue but the property could use a little maintenance . We would definitely stay here again!.

I was not made aware until 1 week prior to arrival that the parking area was limited to compact vehicles, and there is no free parking on the island.

6 adults stayed at the property and enjoyed the spacious condo. The kitchen was well equipped including a small oven that could do everything plus a regular stove. Dining/ living room easily accommodated us all comfortably. loved it!

My family enjoyed our stay. Steps to the beach and close to everything. Nice kitchen stocked with kitchen items and utensils. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Communication with southern belle was great!

It was the perfect place. All five of us really enjoyed it. I’m from Utah. I think I will bring my own family back.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The unit had plenty of space. The parking (garage underneath the building) was wonderful and kept our full size truck cooler in the hot weather. We were able to park and walk almost everywhere we needed/wanted to. We did use the pool which is a short distance down the avenue. No problem to walk to it. It is a smaller pool but with the check in process works fine. (The deck is slippery when wet.) We were on the 2nd floor next to the stairs/elevator and noise was never an issue. We would stay at this location again.

This is a great property. Lots of room. It was great for our party of 6. The only issue we had was the floor was so dirty. When we first got there we took our shoes off to keep the floor clean. That was a mistake. Within minutes our feet were black and filthy.

Location was perfect, a block from the beach, pool directly across the street, and tons of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a fun week at the beach.

Our stay was perfect! The condo was fresh & clean from the moment we arrived, and was so spacious, easily accommodating our family for the week. It was great having a full, spacious kitchen, roomy dining area, cozy living room, and 3 comfy bedrooms! The property was a short walk across the street to the beautiful public beach, which was never overly crowded, and we appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella & skid board provided at the condo. The heated pool across the alley was beautifully furnished with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and looked brand new, very clean, well taken care of, and private. We enjoyed the warmth of the water (almost like bath water) on cooler or windy days. The property staff was easy to reach via text for the daily pool code, and any other questions we had during our stay. Based on the property description, we were worried if our rental car would fit, but the parking spots were plenty spacious for an SUV. The property was also a great location being an easy 25min from Savannah. We loved every delicious meal we had at all the locally owned restaurants (which were a short drive across the island) and the friendly, laid back, community! Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and the perfect property to enjoy the adorable, relaxing beach town of Tybee Island!

The location was great. Everything within walking distance, beach, pool, restaurants, shops, and pier. Also and easy drive to Savannah for a day. The condo inside was nice. Good space for the 5 of us to stay. Comfortable couches were nice for movie time on a rainy day and the kitchen had everything needed. Just a few things to note - the master bathroom needs a touch up and didn't have any floor mats, the bedroom with twin beds was set up for children with plastic mattress coverings, the pillows in all rooms need an upgrade, the beach chairs were really low to the ground and umbrella was not usable. Lastly the garage drive is really steep so need to watch out for scraping the bottom of the car. These things of course did not prevent us from have a great time and enjoying our stay. I would recommend staying at this property.

Condo was spacious, and nice. Excellent location to shops, restaurants, the beach! Safe area. The condo was nice. Master bedroom was lovely, and comfortable. Guest rooms were nice, mattresses could use updated, they were a little hard.

This property was in a great location! Just a short walk to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. The condo was exactly as advertised and staff checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. They were very responsive. My only suggestion (minor) would be having two towels and wash cloths per person and some liquid hand soap for the bathrooms.

Location was great. Beach, pool, shopping was walkable. Unit was clean and updated. Parking for unit was underneath building and you get 2 assigned spots. The pool and area was beautiful and well-maintained but closes at 5:00. Would like to see it open later.

We rented this property for a girl’s long weekend and could not have been happier with it. There is so much room and everything is new and clean. The location is amazing- steps to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!!

Property was great and location was nice. If i had to complain about something it would be that they only leave 1 towel and 1 wash rag per guest but wasnt an issue to us we just brought laundry detergent and washed everything in the evening..i would definitely stay at this property again

The inside of the place was very spacious which I was surprised by, it had plenty of room for us. There were 6 of us total. The white painted counters were sticky and grossed me out a bit. One of the comforters had blood on it as well. If you like to use the pool, there are limited hours and in the pictures, it shows cushions on these round loungers but I was told they were not for use. In my opinion, if you are paying for the property, you should be able to use these things. It was close to the beach, shopping and some restaurants-all within walking distance. The porch/deck area faces the street or alley and the building across from it, not the best view but we did sit out there a lot. There were some nice chairs available just outside our door. There were beach toys, a cooler on wheels, umbrella and chairs for the beach which was super nice to have. The kitchen was big with a closet pantry, usually places don’t have that much space for your things. I tend to use the counter to store the food I buy. We always do frozen pizzas the first night we get there and ran into the issue of no pizza pans in the place. There were plenty of pans and other useful kitchen items though. Communication was very good, they checked in via text to make sure things were good. Everyday there is a new code for the pool and you have to text to get the code and they responded promptly with that. Overall, I’d say it was a good stay. I just think there is room for improvement on a few things.

Convenient Location to All Things South Beach
This is a very roomy condo for a family. We had a family of four. The kitchen and dinning area are spreadout. The rooms are very suitable for 4 kids plus the pullout sofa is an added bonus. My youngest wanted to try both single and beds and pullout sofa/bed during the stay. He opted for the pullout due a larger TV in the living room.
The location is the single best feature. We walked everywhere except when driving to Savanah, GA for the day. We only needed to drive to the north end to see the light house. The beach, pier, and many of the restaurants, etc. are minutes away.
I would definitely recommend staying here for the sole reason of walking to the beach and restaurants and not worrying about parking.

Positives : The property is walkable distance from the beach .
Good and ample bedding was available.
Everything required for kitchen was present including some coffee and some basic spices
Negatives and need improvement :
1) lift of the building has bad odor and needs some cleanliness there
2) washer and dryer were not clean and dryer didn’t work properly . Clothes didn’t dry on first round and needed multiple iterations to dry the clothes
3) bathroom locks didn’t work

Beautiful condo but the extra fees made the room price substantially more per night than advertised. I expect some additional fees but these seemed excessive.

Very Relaxing and homey
We enjoyed our stay a lot. Location was close to the beach and close to sweet neighborhoods to walk our dog through. Area was quiet enough at night that we could sleep when our infant was sleeping. We would stay here again.
