Lovely apartment, with everything you need. We only stayed one night, but would be great place for a longer stay too. Also would be perfect for anyone with a car. Location was nice, a bit out of the citycenter in more of a recidental area, but still walking distance to the oldtown, the harbour and the bus station. Easy self check-in and check-out were also great. All and all highly reccomend this place, we had a great stay!

The property owners got into great trouble to accommodate our requests! Greatly appreciated! And the greatest / kindest cleaning lady ever! Loved her!

It was ideal for us as we came from the other side of the island 2 days before our flight and the apartment is close to the airport. Host is responsive to the messages. Getting the keys was easy. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and spacious. It has even a parking which is great but it is tricky cause there are 4 parking slots with no signs to which apartment they belong to. We parked and then one of the neighbors told us it is his parking slot.. he was really nice and it is not a big deal for us.. generally we have got what we expected so thank you!

A very well appointed and clean suite.. Coffee machine was most welcome. Bed was very comfortable. Hostess was very nice and helpful.

Nothing really. Toilet seat needs tightening...minor.. Shower at night was hot but only warm in the morning.

The house and street were pretty noisy.

Great location quiet beautiful apartment

Hard to get to in the car because roads were closed at night for construction. Parking was on street because garage was full and hard to park into.

Very clean and cosy. Bed and pillows are comfortable, apt contains everything that you might need for your comfortable stay.

You can hear airplanes as the airport is near the city, but this relates to any part of the city, so please make sure to take ear plugs to Heraklion 🙂

On our 2nd day of our stay, the hand held shower head fell expectedly fell apart and broke. I told the host immediately with photos of the broken parts and he said it would be replaced. I let him know we would leave the keys in the lockbox prior to leaving our flat for the day so someone could enter the flat to do this. We got back to the flat at the end of the day and found a shower hose in a package sitting outside our door (likely with the expectation that we would fix it ourselves). This was the incorrect part to fixing the piece, but was also something we did not feel comfortable doing and so we just left it. Since the shower had a rain shower setting, we just used this for the remainder of our stay. Specifically, I did not like that we were told it would be replaced but came home to find a shower part suggesting for us to fix it ourselves.

Location was good, very nice apart for the price.

The noise from the planes and the neighborhood

Newly renovated apartment with tasteful decoration and attention to the detail, recommended!

The apartment is a bit outside the city center (20 minutes walking) but in any case it is located in a calm area that could serve well as a starting point to explore the rest of Crete.
