This was our second time at this home and like our previous visit we had an amazing time! Home is beautiful as shown in post. Our huge family enjoyed our stay! The home is very spacious! Communication is 100%! We will deff be staying here again!

This house was perfect for my family and I. Very spacious, there was enough room for the 17 of us and we all slept comfortably. The owner was very responsive. The house was clean upon check-in. Not too far from all the fun in RP. Overall it was a great stay and my family and I discussed booking again whenever we take another trip.

This property has by far been the best place we’ve stayed at in Rocky Point. The communication between the property owner was great! Property looked exactly how it did online. We had an amazing stay, highly recommend!

The house was in a secured area and so close to the beach and everything else. The property manager's communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

This property was perfect for our large group. Within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants, plus a convenience store right across the street. The gated property added a sense of security. The host was very easy to contact when we needed something.

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone! The property is huge and fit our party of 18. The host and care takers were amazing, very responsive and kind. The location was perfect.

Clean, big and close to everything.

The house was beautiful and clean, 5 minute walk to the beach. There’s Rentals to Canams and Atvs within walking distance. Each floor has a key and you have your own privacy. The house is gated and in a good neighborhood. Communication with host was extremely easy we will definitely be back.

The property just as pictured. Everything was clean and user friendly. Loved the gated entrance definitely easier to let the kids play and run outside while we the adults enjoyed the patio areas! The location was perfect close to everything and perfect little walk to the beach . The caretaker was great with all questions and needs. Definitely recommend!!

Very easy and fast to communicate

Where do I begin..So from the beginning of the rental. I was able to contact Temo about the property and was very responsive, very fast too. He informed me of the property and the amenities prior to booking. I had a few questions on the area and if it was enough room for our trip.. He explained everything and included a nice walkthrough video.. We arrived a little early and contacted Temo, to see if we can check in early and freshen up before going around town. He glady let us on the property. We were met by Alejandra(care taker on property) she doesn't speak English, but we got by and Temo was available if need be. She was very nice and gave us the keys and showed us around. The place has an upstairs living area..(Kitchen, Living room and 3 bedrooms) 4 beds total. essentially 2 masters and another room with 2 queen beds. 2 full size bathrooms. The kitchen has a nice island for a feast. Downstaire there is another house. 2 bedrooms a bath and living room and Kitchen..Alejandra lives in the others house down stairs. Yes technically there is 3 houses.. There is also a Studio room with the Gazebo on top as y ou seen in the pictures. Nice room with kitchen.. Overall the living space was more than enough for our large group, you will not be disappointed. It was clean and ready for us. Internet modems were in each room. Its not as fast as you would have coming form the states, but it did work well.. No complaints. Beach access was 2 min drive to the public beach.. Malecon was about a 10-15 min drive. If that. Temo recommened some Charters as well. We didn't get to go since the weather wasn't good. Be sure to check the weather for those prior to going. Music was allowed as late as you wanted in the gazebo.. or on the patio(by the way its a huge patio). You may here them partying on the streets as well.. So hope you don't mind loud music in the streets late at night. There were pots, pans, utensils, keurig, sangria pitcher. Washer and dryer, crib if you need it and many more.. We truly enjoy our stay there and look forward to staying here again. Our whole family enjoyed their private living areas as well. Don't think twice about booking.. Just do it!

Temo, and his staff were very attentive to our needs. The house is great, clean and well maintained. We had our family vacation of 8 adults and 6 youth for the new year, for 9 days, and met all of our needs. We were all very comfortable, as though we were at home. Thank you Temo and Staff.

We enjoyed our stay here. The proprietor was easy to work with. The accommodations are spacious, with very clean rooms, Comfy beds and sofas. There is Plenty of space for gathering both inside and on the furnished decks. There are Three separate units with a central courtyard and A few parking spots within this gated space. Close to town and within walking distance of the beach. Equip with washer, and dryer as well has hair dryers in bathrooms. Cons: would have liked a few more towels and a few basic cleaning supplies for kitchen and in the laundry room. Bring your own laundry detergent.

The property was nice and spacious. It was nice having 3 different houses so people could have privacy as well as all if us be together

My experience in Rocky Point wasn't a good one, which doesn't reflect our stay at this beautiful home, everyone was nice. I do recommend Bella Vista, it's in walking distance to the beach, ATV riding if you like that, close to downtown old fish market. A must stay home.
