Friendly and helpful staff

Greyish and spots on the towel and bedsheets make it looks so dirty.

I booked 3 rooms and on my arrival one room needs attention as it was occupied. It was quickly resolved by changing to another room.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, helpful staff.

House keeping side need a little improvement. The bidet hose needs to be cleaned. Especially the one in my room has unsightly poo coloured on the tip.

Breakfast was simple but was oke, I don't each much in the morning. The location is on the busy road of Surabaya, It is close to shops, cafes and restaurants. At night it is quiet though.

I asked for high floor room, but did not get it. The view is an empty neglected building and kinda spooky. I expect the city view actually.

The room is quite big for a hotel cost under 500k. We stay only a while, for transit from Jakarta to Bali. But quite surprised for the facilities. They have pool, the food is good with a good prices. We asked take away breakfast at 5AM, coz need to catch up a ship to Gilimanuk, and they provided it nicely.
