It was a nice stay. They decorated beautifully the room. I was impressed but the only drawback was the cable wasn’t working and we couldn’t watch what we wanted

The hotel was clean, and pools were both well kept. What made the hotel a solid 4 stars was the staff. The staff was very kind, and helpful.

Very nice place that is clean and taken care off. Pool outside was so welcoming on a hot summer day! My daughter loved the inside heated pool and hot tub!

Mu family and I stayed 4 days at the resort. It was wonderful. Clean, quiet, staff was personable, kind and always willing to help. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean. My grandchildren loved the playground which was well maintained. I definitely recommend the Resort anytime, as a matter of fact we are looking to return next summer.

We were just passing through, so this place worked great. It's not luxury by any means, but it's clean and the staff is friendly. My only actual complaint was that there isn't an elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, request something on the 1st floor. I have a disability, but thankfully my husband was there to help or I'd have been sleeping in the car. I don't think their listing says anything about it, so just be aware.

The most disturbing thing in our room was a very noticeable soft spot in the floor in front of the TV. Possible water damage. It was a very bouncy, spot in the floor. You could feel yourself sink a bit everytime you walked on it.
The toilet wasn't clean either.

The property was convenient to my purpose for visiting Yarmouth, MA. The hotel was kid friendly. Th pools were enjoyable and open for a good portion of my stay.

The location is good close to a lot of restaurants and beach. I was disappointed that there is cockroaches on the floor and the refrigerator is So old that there is rust all over it.

Pictures were accurate. Room was very clean. Bed and mattress were excellent. Located right next to premium ice cream shop. Resort is not exactly a resort but we didn’t care. TV was not good quality. Overall well worth the price.

Great place to stay!
We stayed over on a short trip to Cape Cod. Rooms were cozy and clean. Breakfast was just what you needed for a whale watching boat trip. Would definitely recommend.

This was a good place to stay. We were only there for one day. The one thing that I thought was awful was the pillows. There were hard and very uncomfortable. My neck was sore the next day.

The location was perfect, the rooms and entire hotel were clean, pool and hot tub were perfect. Only thing that I would change would be the TVs. Very old and the remote would only work if you punched in the channels (up and down didn’t work).

The facility was large and reasonably well cared for. It was also noisy. You could hear people talking in the hallway as well as coming and going through outside door.
The handicapped room was very good and we were grateful to the staff for offering it to us.

Just an all around good time. And St. PATRICK'S DAY Oshea's is very close and then the Irish Village. Use Uber that night and walk back in the morning. The planet fitness in South Yarmouth is very nice also.

Very impressed. Front desk check in was great. I'm hard of hearing and had to ask the gentleman to repeat what he said and he did without hesitation and very patient! For me being hard of hearing this is a huge plus!

This was perfect for us. It was very difficult to find a place in the cape over the 4th so we were worried but the place was very clean, staff was pleasant and they had a gym!
