Was very nice. Room With small kitchenette was perfect! Liked it so much I signed up for the honors card to stay there over and over again, LOL.

The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, the pillows are decent, the room amenities are good.

The air conditioning unit was broken the first night so we had no air. Maintenance replaced the unit on Saturday, but when they left the room after the work, they did not pull our door closed. We didn’t return until evening. Fortunately, I had taken our valuables with us. We also asked to be moved away from the elevator, but our request wasn’t accommodated because we had booked through Booking. This was our 4th stay at this property, but we were not given any accommodation for loyalty. We will investigate other properties. When we checked out, the general manager said he would give us a discount for the first airless night, but he wouldn’t give me a receipt showing the discount but rather said he would work with Booking to make the refund. When I contacted Booking 3 days later, they had had no contact with the manager, and they asked me what the discount was going to be. Of course, I had no idea since the general manager had not provided that information. Booking was very accommodating and said they would follow up with the manager. I will see where that lands.

Room size

What didn't I like- NOTHING. The best stay I have had in years at a hotel. The facility decor was great, clean, well appointed. Staff efficient and friendly and nice. Pool excellent. Handicapped room 414 excellent-bed the best. Set up perfect for me in a wheelchair. Good handicapped parking. TV and channel/cable selection-the best. The breakfast was great. Little incidentals all accounted for-towels/extra blanket etc. Loved the eye make up remover pads in bathroom. I will be trying to stay at Home 2 Hilton's in future as much as possible.

I chose this hotel over our traditional choice of Hampton Inn, because I saw no mention of a charge for our Kitty. I saw the glaring mention that it was "pet friendly" ... So I chose your hotel. Needles to say, I was unhappy when told there was a $50.00 charge.

front desk guy was really cool breakfast was great everything was clean

The room had so much space and for the most part it was very clean.

The dishes were not cleaned very well and bathroom had dirt in the corners.
