Location, Location, location. Central to downtown shops and restaurants. Great views. Apartment nicely decorated and comfortable. Bed comfortable.

Could be a bit cleaner, especially in the kitchen. Crumbs by refrigerator floor. Hand soap in bathroom empty. No paper towels in kitchen. Toiletries nice to have but bottles were extremely difficult to dispense the contents.

Car park is a QUARTER MILE uphill from this refurbed motel so bring your waliking shoes. The Voluminous preachy does and don'ts. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain.

The location was incredible. The condo was clean and had a phenomenal view. Absolutely no complaints. Would absolutely book again and refer to all my friends.

Only wish I could bring my dog since it’s such a dog town. But I also understand the reason why.

Parking is about three times as far away as advertised, street in front of the building is completely torn out, which doesn't get mentioned on the map, the building isn't Water Street Retreat, it is Water Street something else, the address given is of an attorney's office on the lower level.

I liked everything about this place the view was amazing and so was the location will definitely come stay again
