Lakeview Oasis has a panoramic lake view from the deck perfect for any getaway!
La vue à couper le souffle sur le pont de cette maison de 1600 pieds carrés de nouvelle construction vous détendra comme aucun autre. Vue sur l'eau de votre gauche à votre droite du lac !! Les couchers de soleil et les levers de soleil sont incroyablement calmes !! Il dispose de 3 chambres: maître avec un lit king size, chambre d'hôtes avec un lit queen et la chambre avec lits superposés avec 2 lits doubles et 1 lit gigogne double plus un futon. Le canapé du salon fait un carré géant prêt pour quelques amis supplémentaires ou un bon moment de câlins! La propriété comprend de nombreux équipements que vous trouverez à la maison, tels qu'une cafetière et du café, une mijoteuse, des moules à muffins et plus encore, un refroidisseur de vin, un fer et une planche à repasser, un sèche-cheveux, une laveuse et une sécheuse, un grill, des cintres , et bien plus encore. Tout un niveau le rend également facilement accessible à tous.
Il y a de nombreux points d'accès au lac à proximité et l'un est à seulement 200 mètres de la maison et comprend une petite plage. Vous pouvez également prendre un court trajet en voiture jusqu'à la marina de Prairie Creek et lancer votre bateau ou en louer un, prendre du carburant et une collation, et profiter de la journée.

This place had everything! All the amenities everyone wants from a rental like this. The view was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable for my wife and I! We like soft beds. We have a sleep number and we a 35. And the house is very close to all the other options Ark has to offer…shopping, hiking, eating!

The house was overall perfect. Nice quiet spot. Has every cooking utensil and item you need. Plenty of spices and condiments. Regular coffee pot and Keurig. Plenty of towels. We had 6 people and there was plenty of room. Good communication with the host. I would definitely recommend it.

Precious Easter memories were made at this beautiful lake view getaway! We had everything we needed to carry on with our Easter traditions! From playing games and dying Easter eggs on the balcony to a comfy night's sleep in the cozy beds, our expectations were exceeded! We have marked it as a favorite and will be sure to visit again! ♥️

Very clean and nicely updated property. My two girls and I really enjoyed it. Location is great. Close to town and the state park. If you’re looking for a trip in the ozarks, this is it! Property management was quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Everything is as described about this home! It’s very well stocked with everything you need. Communicating with Valerie was easy and very fast! She even reached out when bad weather was coming in! Plenty of towels (very nice ones too), comfy beds with extra blankets and pillows, laundry detergent and dryer sheets! The view was beautiful from the deck and you could easily get down to a safe spot for swimming. We will definitely keep this listing as a favorite! Thank you, Valerie, for thinking of everything we would need!

We came here for my dads 80th birthday. Property is so beautiful and clean! Great location and lots of windows to give nice view of the lake from bedroom and main part of house. Short walk down the road to the water Will definetly be booking again in the future!!

This gorgeous home was the perfect place for us to stay while we enjoyed riding around the Ozarks! The owners were wonderful and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend!

A little confused by the outside (looked small) but was incredibly surprised and overwhelmed by the beautiful decorating and the sunrise on the lake was outstanding. Great getaway for three couples during parents weekend at university of Arkansas!! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is like new. It is close to the lake and offers beautiful views of the lake. The house was stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals. We were thankful for the extra towels, blankets, and bedding. Our group had the house at capacity and we had plenty of space!

The house was very clean, had all of the amenities that you could ask for. The picture windows in the Master were a huge plus for us, we didn't expect to have a view of the lake from there too. The house is on a hill, so you have a great view!

Extremely clean and a great place for families. The showers are new and very nice. The parking is very convenient. The marina is handy and only a few miles away. The decor was also nice and updated.

We rented this house for the whole month of July. We had 3 different groups come and share the month with us. This house accomodated us all from babies to us old folks!! The kitchen is very well stocked and the home was VERY clean. We could have used a few more towels and wash cloths and the pots and pans need some updating, but overall it's a great property.

I think 12 people max is a little excessive when the limit to vehicles are only 4. That was challenging. Neighbors were friendly, host was helpful when need be. I’d go back if it were a smaller group.

Great Beaver getaway!
Great lake house with a relaxing view and everything you could possibly need to prepare your own meals. Clean, fresh feeling to the entire home that feels like new.

Rented this adorable home with 2 other couples. The interior of the home is updated and just beautiful. It is very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space and different areas to gather. The deck has plenty of seating and a nice grill that we used. The view was AMAZING! The weather was chilly but we bundled up and sat outside anyway. So peaceful looking out over the lake. The kitchen has plenty of pans/dishes/silverware as well as a dual coffee maker for a pot of coffee or pods. I don't think I've ever rented a vacation home with so many little extra touches (such as a ton of board/card games and a basket of cozy throw blankets). Highly recommended :)

A refreshing getaway
Beautiful home and beautiful location. The place was immaculate and all of our needs were met! Super cozy and comfortable. We most enjoyed the view, especially watching the sunrise over the lake each morning and seeing the night sky from the windows. The fall foliage was an added bonus.
This was our first trip to NWA (thank you, Valerie, for the binder with suggestions for dining and experiences)! That made it easy for us to choose our daily adventures. We will definitely be back.

We visit Arkansas every year and this is the nicest house we've stayed in. It has a great view and was super clean. You feel far away from town but you're actually really close. Loved it!

There are so many great properties to explore on VRBO and other sites that we rarely go back to the same property. This property is the rare exception. It checks all the Important boxes: 1. Very clean. 2. Excellent location with a nice lake view but just a few minutes from restaurants in Rogers and the walking trails of Lake Atalanta Park. 3. Well furnished and supplied. Unlike some properties, these hosts don’t cheap out and you will find good quality appliances, a well stocked kitchen, and even a few snacks if you arrive late and without a bag of chips or two. The internet is good and several streaming services are available on the television. For free. We stayed in a $3 million dollar property in Vail in August and the TV only carried very basic cable. Don’t think guests don’t notice when they can’t watch a popular sports event. This property has cable plus Hulu and some others. I hate to brag about this property too much because we will want to stay again and don’t want the availability to vanish, No, it is not waterfront, just water view, but it is an excellent view and a good value for the rate charged. The hosts communicate well and are very responsive. 5 stats.

The home was immaculate and beautifully equipped for every need. We enjoyed hours of relaxing, games and looking at the lake. The location is a great home base for biking, boating and breweries! The only thing I would change is to replace the master bed as it is quite soft.

The house was absolutely spotless and stocked very well with paper products and condiments in the fridge. My sister always checks the places we stay top to bottom before putting anything down and she found nothing to complain about:-)! The beds and pillows were comfy, plenty of towels and even beach towels and the deck had a great view. The view from the master bedroom was really nice and the glass panel railing made seeing the lake perfect from the bed or chair. The neighborhood was super low key with the loudest noise being the birds. Just a really great place with down to earth owners made our visit fun and trouble free.

Our family just spent the past week at Lakeview Oasis and had a wonderful time. The house looks just as it does in the pictures and comes with everything you need and more! The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. I liked how the home was tucked back in a quiet residential area.
The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had and were very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful week!
