This property was perfect. Our family was in town for a baseball tournament with another Dad and son. The set up was perfect. We enjoyed the house and the pool. The homeowner was quick to get back to you if you had an issue. We had the septic back up and the tank needed pumped. The owner got back to us right away and we had it all taken care of within a few hours. The coordination couldn’t have been better. Thank you again for everything. We will stay at this property again if we are ever in the area.

House was beautiful, very clean and has alot of extras. Garage was full of Beach- pool amenities so we didnt need to go out a purchase them. Cabinet has toys and games/ card games for the kids to do. Very close to nearby beautiful clean beaches. Port Charlotte beach was great for the family, wIth sandbars so the waves didnt knock you down😊. It was a great/ convenience property.

We were a family of 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owner is very attentive if you need to get in contact with her. She has supplied plenty of toys for children,beach chairs, child's swimmer vest and well equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and the enjoyment in the pool by the young and old was great and enjoyed by everyone. I would definitely rent again when back in the area.Thanks

We thought this house was great and worked well for our needs. The little kids (and the adults) loved the pool and all of the toys etc for the beach were very handy. We would stay again

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room, enjoyed evening swims in the pool and were comfortable. The host was very responsive in answering questions. Would stay again if in the area.

We had a wonderful time. House was very clean and well equipped. We were able to use the beach chairs which was a big help since we flew in from out of town and couldn’t bring our own. Location was great. Close to everything.

We enjoyed being in the house for two weeks, and the owner did have several amenities for children, such as beach Toys, Beach chairs, several beach towels as well. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots pans dishes. This house is a rental property that I would rent again. Far exceeded a home that we rented in Englewood last year near the Manitoba beach

This house worked great for to smaller families with rooms on each side of the house. Not far from beaches and pool was great

The property is awesome. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of room for more guests. We all met for Christmas And the house suited us wonderfully! The kitchen had enough utensils and cookware for cooking and serving. There was plenty of seating for all the adults. The twin in the master was very convenient for my family with young kids. The garage And hallway was full of Tons of toys to play with. Down the road, walking distance, is access to the river which everyone enjoyed going to. The neighborhood is quiet, not a traditional subdivision but still plenty of friendly neighbors. The road is not busy and set away from the corner. My only disappointment in the home, which isn’t the owners fault and that in December the solar heater just doesn’t get the pool warm. We brought wetsuits for the kids but I was hoping to crank up the heat to HOT and be charged accordingly. On the warmer days it would probably be fine for the kids but we are Floridians and a special kind of picky about swimming temps. It was also a record cold Christmas this year. The house isn’t far from publix, dollar store, a few restaurants and not a far drive to the beach which we enjoyed on the warmer days. Overall the house was great and the host was very responsive! I would definitely recommend renting it.

With the home being so close to family & shopping stores it made the stay so easy and comfortable! Kids enjoyed the pool time day & night, while the pool guy was very friendly to all of us & having an audience while he worked! Rooms were very cozy, bathrooms were clean & the rest of the house was spacious for 6 adults & 3 kids!

We really enjoyed the house we went for a wedding and had a family bbq the space was the perfect size. Relaxing in the pool and spending time with family was awesome. Very few issues but nothing we couldn’t deal with.

Very impressed with this home! Located on a corner lot with lots of trees and bushes around it for privacy. It was perfect for our two families including 4 adults, 3 young teens and 4 younger children. The floor plan is split with 2 bedrooms and bath on one side and 2 other bedrooms with bath and an extra area for a twin bed. The owner was very thoughtful to have a variety of beach stuff to use and pool toys. She even had extra toys and games in the house stored away to use if needed. Toiletries and various cleaners were available for use as well, even a bin of diapers and wipes! Large televisions in every room and good size screened in pool area. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was as described. The area is quiet, especially at night to lay on the lawn and gaze up at the stars. The house is very spacious with tons of sleeping accommodations. The location is conveniently close to the beach but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The owner had everything, including an umbrella and beach chairs for our beach day. Floats and toys for the kids to enjoy the pool, beach towels in case you forgot to bring some, and everything you need to make a meal instead of going out to eat. Myself and my kids enjoyed the stay and will definitely make plans to comeback. Thank you Laurie for giving my kids and I a slice of heaven and sunshine during this pandemic.

We had a great time! The house is huge! Clean, 10 minutes from great beaches! Water nice and clear. We can’t wait to be back!!!! Totally recommend staying at this property.

We stayed for the weekend and our experience was amazing! the house is even better than the photos... we really enjoyed our weekend! The hot water in the pool was an extra for us! We really want to go back again! Laurie is very receptive and made our lifes easier. I highly recommend this house!

This is a very well maintained property with many amenities. Smart TV in every room, lovely big pool and pool toys with pool cage, all beach toys imaginable and chairs, umbrella etc. Kitchen is well stocked with all tools necessary to cook and name brand appliances and enough plates and cutlery to serve meals regularly, lots of storage space for groceries. Air conditioning works marvelously. The home is lovingly decorated and has enough beds and seating for many people. The set up is really great for families with children, especially children of different ages - easy to keep an eye on the little ones and do the cooking or have toddlers napping and the older children still having fun without disturbing the nappers. Also enough privacy for the parents to also relax and enjoy. Beds are comfortable and enough to keep everybody separate or together - depending on the preferences. Lots of space to put up travel beds for the babies. This is a wonderful place if you are looking for a logistically and functionally attractive solution. Laurie is a great host and communicated well and made everything super easy for us. Thanks again, Laurie, for a wonderful time! We’ll come again
