Neighbors were excellent people. Only issue was the ac.

Location was perfect for us. Property was as expected. Mohammed made himself available for anything we needed and was very prompt to respond. The kids loved swimming in the pool and watching the rays swim in the canal.

House was clean indoors and the pool was clear and warm. Sun came up at the front of the house and we had beautiful sunsets in the backyard. Neighbors were all very nice and friendly. Enjoyable vacation!!

We loved staying at this house. It has everything you need for a family stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Kids loved the pool and spent many hours in it.

We had a good experience, quiet neighborhood, close to the Warm Springs and Gasparilla. The kids enjoyed fishing at the canal.

Mohammed was an amazing host. The home was just as the pictures showed. It was extremely clean and we had everything we needed. We fished outback on the doc. and swam in his beautiful pool. We went to Casperson beach and found shark teeth and even went to Sanibel Island to find sand dollars and shells. The location of his home allowed us to do everything we wanted to. Thank you so much for being such a great host. We look forward to coming back!

My family & I couldn’t have found a more perfect place to stay for a little family vacation. The home was clean! Pool was perfect! Location is great! Just about 20-25 mins from the beach! Grocery Store within 10-15 mins. Fishing from the back yard! And even more fishing near by. We are definitely adding this place to our favorites, especially because we are only 1.5 hrs away and this is perfect for a family getaway!

This place was very nice. Everything was exactly as advertised. The owner is a family man and was a pleasure to do business with. Everything we needed was supplied. Furnishings were beautiful and modern. I liked that the master suite had a toilet by itself with a door. A walk in shower and 2 seperate walk in closets.. Having a second bathroom that connected to the pool area was a big plus as well. We posted pictures and alot of our friends loved the place and wanted to find out about renting it. Its even better than the VRBO pictures portray it as. The kitchen was great and nicely updated. Beds were very comfortable. Sheets were soft. Even the pillows were very comfortable. The neighborhood was away from town and very quiet. All you could hear were birds chirping and water from the Mayaka River lapping. We saw Rabbits in the yard everyday. Pool and lanai area were very nice. It rained daily but We still swam. The screen kept all of the bugs out. And the 2 fans kept it cool. We spent alot of time out there. Fishing from the dock was good. We caught a stingray and several catfish. We went to all the surrounding area beaches. The place is far enough out of town for great peace and quiet but close enough still to get groceries or whatever we needed. We hated to have to leave and would live there if we could. Very pleasurable experience.

The property is in great shape. The kitchen has everything needed for your stay and them some. The pool was great and already had pool floats and stuff for the kids to use. The kids likes taking a bike ride with the bikes and the extra beach chairs on property came in handy. They only down side is the house WiFi is a bit slow, though it helped keep The kids off their devices :). Highly recommend this property.

We fished off the dock and set in the lanai and talked and go swimming. The house was big enough for the six people that stayed there. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and it is exactly what the description says.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are already looking to forward to coming back. The property manager was in touch throughout our stay and was eager to help in any way. Great quiet family vacation!

My family of 4 plus my in-laws stayed at this property for a quick getaway for spring break. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out. The house is accurately described and was very clean upon arrival. My 5 year old LOVED the pool but I would suggest paying the additional money for the heater in the spring months. There is also plenty of chairs for a day the beach and fishing gear to enjoy the dock in the backyard. On the last two days of our stay the AC stopped working and the house was extremely warm...we worked with the owner to get it fixed but unfortunately the issue wasn’t resolved before we checked out.

Absolutely loved the owner and his prompt responses. Very catering to every need! We will Definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice time staying at this home. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were very nice, and the kitchen, family room and screened-in pool/patio area gave us plenty of space to enjoy. The location of the home was really neat also set on the canal. Our interactions with the host were great, and he was very easy to communicate with. Overall we had a really great home away from home stay at this house.

Everything was worth the trip. Grocery stores are a little far away but the sunny Beach is near by or you can stay and sit by the pool in the back yard, BBQ your food and just have fun! The Wi-Fi is a little slow but who needs that on vacation when you can just relax!

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to spend a great vacation it’s the place to choose. Beautifully decorated house with comfortable beds and pillows a lot of space for family ! The pool is clean and you can adjust any temperature for your liking . The Host is awesome , easy to approach and instantly willing to help ! We were going to fish and upon our arrival Mohamed already had fishing gear ready and a bail in freezer for us . Smart TV was a pleasant addition to our stay ! Was super clean and Beach gear is available for guests

My family and I had a great time over Christmas vacation. Everything at the house was just as expected. The heated pool was amazing. My son enjoyed fishing of the dock. The house has everything you need and the host even had a few extra things that were not expected. This host is very accommodating. Very good experience. I would recommend this house and host.
