The host was very responsive and flexible. Home was perfect for the entire group. Every bedroom had an en-suite. Kitchen was a dream. Plenty of seating for large groups. Would definitely stay again.

The property is as advertised! We loved staying at this house. More than enough space for our group of 11. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was clean, big, and heated! Short walk to the bay - collected shells and rocks. 15-20 minute drives to each of the hamlets. If we travel to the Hamptons again, we will stay here!

The house is spacious with large, well-appointed bedrooms, bathrooms, communal rooms and an amazing kitchen. The pool was beautiful and the automatic pool cover was a great safety feature for little kids. The location is excellent—a short drive to Sag Harbor, Southampton beaches and vineyards. The host was very responsive and met us in person at the beginning and end of our week. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week with a family of 9 here. The house is very spacious with lots of spaces for people to spend time alone or together. Daniel was very responsive and it all made for an easy and relaxing stay.

This house was perfect for our group. We were five families traveling with young children. Kitchen is excellent for entertaining and feeding large group. Playroom and basement and yard were all big hits for the children in our group. Perfect getaway weekend!

Very smooth experience!

The house was perfect for our 4 family stay (8 adults/7 kids). The place is huge and can accommodate privacy and fun in the same time. Kids (5 to 9) had a blast in the pool and the basement with many toys provided on site. There were all needed to spend a long weekend. Friends, family and kids had a blast! Daniel proposed us to use the kayak and paddle board on the bay… we couldn’t have asked for a better house and a better host! Thank you for everything Daniel!

Our crew of 15 shared an amazing week at Daniel's incredible property - it is premium hotel quality. Tremendous chef's kitchen satisfied all of our culinary dreams. We spent most of our time in or near the amazing, clean and clear pool. The motorized cover is genius. There are so many rooms and spaces that we were able to take conference calls privately. Cellular signals are best down by the bay, and intermittent at the house and the roads. If anything, few rooms felt sparse, and could use some surface space, additional furniture, or sculptures. We loved the giant sofa in the main living area for movies and games. Daniel was extremely communicative, friendly, and fast to respond. He addressed any questions, and even offered to replace the router to improve the Wi-Fi. We loved the memories that were created in this stunning home, in this stunning part of the Hamptons. All maps have a hard time mapping this address, even when I sent a dropped pin. The incorrect GPS is only 2 minutes away. Well worth the $$$ if you want the perfect spot to host your finest friends from all over the world, in one of the finest places in the world. Thank you Daniel!

We had a great time together at Daniels home. Plenty of room for all of us and the playroom was a huge hit with the little kids. Daniel was very responsive and gave us a tour of the neighborhood when we got there which we greatly appreciated. Overall the week was memorable for all of us!

14 of us gathered for a celebration of life for my parents, who were also grandparents to our kids. We were also celebrating a 60th birthday and two 50th birthdays. The house is walking distance to the bay and has a nice heated pool with a sizeable yard. The interior of the house is large and well maintained. The host was very responsive with any questions and requests we had. We had a great time together.

This was our second year renting this property and loved it just as much this year!

I invited 11 friends and family to the Hamptons to celebrate my 50th and we had a wonderful time at Daniel's house! Daniel was very responsive both last fall when I was making the reservation and during our stay when we had questions. I had people flying in from across the country and really appreciate the dependability. The house was large and beautiful as advertised. One my family members commented that it may be the first rental house he's stayed in that actually lives up to the photos online. I particularly liked that all bedrooms have private bathrooms. For anyone who doesn't know the Hamptons well, this house is very centrally located in the Southampton area. Thank you Daniel for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay with our COVID pod (8 adults, 7 children 5Y and under). Location was excellent, with easy access to bay for swimming, water play, and fishing. Our children loved the heated pool and used it daily, which was great for those that typically get cold in the water. House had lots of children’s toys and pool floats to occupy the young ones. Daniel was very responsive to any inquiries and provided a thorough walk through at check in. Overall, a great spot for a large group!

Expansive, well-appointed home situated equidistant from Southampton and Sag Harbor and set on a quiet street perfect for bike-riding and running; and one block away from a private beach showcasing picturesque sunsets with an awaiting paddleboard and kayak. We were a party of 15 with tweens and teens and never felt we were all over each other. The two tv rooms with sectionals added to the comfortable stay. The heated pool is massive and easily accommodates large parties and includes an automatic retractable cover. The children’s electric vehicles were a great touch and a big hit. The oversized kitchen features doubles of major appliances and makes cooking for groups a cinch. Daniel was a gracious host -- friendly, always accessible, and quick to reply. He took the time to give us all tours of the home and neighborhood. All-in-all, a terrific stay. Highly recommended.

Our family and friends had the best time staying at Daniel's house. He was super warm and welcoming to us and made sure everything went smooth. We loved his house and hope to return sometime in the future.

Our family of 19 rented Daniel’s house for the week to celebrate my mom’s 70th. To be honest, I was nervous (that’s a lot of people and a lot of personalities under one roof)! But this spot couldn’t have been more perfect. The house had the perfect balance of shared/common areas that were great for family quality time, plus lots of nooks to get some quiet time. The house is also packed with tons of games, pool gear, kids’ toys, books, and other cooking, cleaning, and house supplies, making it super convenient packing wise. The location was also ideal as we had easy access to both Sag Harbor and Southampton. And finally, Daniel is a gem. Super responsive and helpful, giving us tons of great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and other local spots. It was an incredible and memorable week. We can’t wait to come back!

Daniel’s property was the ideal location for a trip to the Hamptons. It took about 15 minutes to get to almost anywhere we wanted to be and was in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for families with small children.

My multi generational family and I stayed at this property for the month of May 2021. We are seasoned travelers and have done multiple house rentals in the Hamptons in the past. We had what can only be called a perfect stay at the house. we can not overstate how amazing everything was during our vacation month from beginning to end. Specific comments below. -Host: our host was exceptionally kind, thoughtful and generous throughout our stay. He went out of his way to ensure that we were settled in at check in and was always available by text with any questions throughout our stay. He made us feel like we were at home and went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. -House: lovely, spacious, clean, comfortable, beautifully renovated with modern luxury yet still maintaining a comfortable beach house feel. Great play/ relaxation spaces. oversized, comfortable and numerous bedrooms and bathrooms. Double sized and double applianced renovated modern country kitchen. We were a family of 6 adults and two kids and were very comfortable day and night. We could have easily added several more guests comfortably. The website pictures are perfectly accurate, but the reality is actually nicer. The host goes out of his way to make the house extremely livable including daily life needs and equipment for play /entertainment. It felt like home immediately and for the entire stay. -Property: beautiful heated pool, relaxing patio and fun lawn space for outdoor games. The property is well maintained, peaceful and safe. -Neighborhood: charming, walking neighborhood for pleasant strolls and a 5 minute walk to a community bay beach. Family friendly, great for kids. The bay itself is charming, clean and safe for walks and water activities. Since it is accessible only to the community, we were often the only people on the beach. The house is 15 minutes by car to Sag Harbor, South Hampton and ocean beaches, nature preserves and South Fork wineries. Since the driving routes avoid Montauk highway, traffic time is non-existent. We are also avid bikers and found great bike friendly routes from the house.

Our family had an amazing get away at Daniel’s home! Every detail was perfect - Daniel’s hospitality was flawless. We very much look forward to returning!

I highly recommend this property. The House was immaculately clean. The house had everything a family could need or want. The house is 1 block from the beach. The property manager was always available and responsive to texts, however, was not intrusive at all. Our entire experience was 5 star!

We had a great family visit over last two weeks of December. House is great for a large group and especially good for children. Neighborhood is lovely and very close to beach. Great place to walk.
