Very friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable about the area and were able to arrange anything we needed; scooter rentals, taxis, etc. Breakfast was delicious too. Very colorful and vibrant space with lots of different patios to relax in.

loved the central location as well as the common areas. you can rent scooters for a very good price and the owner took her time to give us information about the island/activities. the hostel is social but it’s not a party hostel. no obligations to be social if you don’t want to.

wifi was sometimes not enough to be working remotely. for normal use it’s enough

location was right by the ferry port and close to quite a few restaurants and a grocery store! I stayed for three nights because of how wonderful and chill the atmosphere was. The staff and owners are so friendly and the hostel itself is so colourful and comfortable. There are so many places to relax, a kitchen to cook in and the rooms are a great temperature at night. if you’re looking for a place to stay in Ometepe or just passing through Moyogalpa, I would totally recommend staying here!

Nice and helpful staff, centrally located not far from restaurants and port. Yard with hammocks. Juices and smoothies available. Excellent value.

we had a great stay here, the team are super friendly and helpful- they let us leave our big bags for a few days while we explored the island by bike. lovely garden with hammocks to chill out in and they do great smoothies and coffee for a really good price

Staff were excellent, everyone I met was extremely helpful and welcoming. They all spoke great English but were kind enough to help with my awful Spanish as I'm trying to learn. The common sitting space was lovely to chill out and have a drink after a long day hike. Well located, near ferry port and town centre.

Shower wasn't exactly hot but I don't necessarily expect hot showers in central america. It was actually nice to help cool down.

Amazing people, the place is vibrant, colourful and bonded with nature. The bar is cheap and offers plenty of goods. Would recommend for anyone on a budget.

This place, is old school hostel - perfect! No hot showers of course, BUT I had all I needed in an hostel: welcome, clean bed, kitchen, comfortable seating areas, central and very close to all amenities etc. A very short walk to ferry, bus passes by, supermarket and bank round the corner. I may have forgotten something!

room can get very hot during the day, but it's ok during the night. dorm room has 14 beds, so i guess it's not very comfortable when the hostel is full.

The staff, especially the owner Tony, was super friendly and helpful. The hostel provided a detailed list of activities to do, and provided help about the transport on the island. I loved how colourful the place was, and there were so many cozy places to chill, I especially loved the hammocks which were surrounded by plants; it was the perfect place to relax. They had cats and dogs on the property which I always like. The location was very central to the docks and was only a 1 minute walk from a Palí supermarket. My room stayed pretty cool with the fan that was provided, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was good. It was a pretty clean place overall. There were several people to talk to, but I enjoyed the quiet relaxed vibe with no parties keeping me up at night. As a solo female traveller I would highly recommend staying here; in the 6 months I was gone it was one of the best places I stayed!

I wish the kitchen could have had more kitchen items provided.
