We are nice welcomed by Karina. The view of the flat was very nice, also well heated.

There were some small issues with the TV, bathtubs door, hair-dryer, etc. which we have listed and shared with the service unit.

Nic. Po przyjeździe okazało się, ze mamy do dyspozycji inny apartament niż zarezerwowaliśmy, mniejszy i źle wyposażony. Mieliśmy następnego dnia iść do właściwego, ale jednak okazało się ze nic z tego… dostaliśmy zwrot różnicy kosztów, ale nie po to szukaliśmy większego apartamentu, żeby finalnie wyładować w tym czymś…

Grzyb w łazience. W cały apartamencie śmierdziało grzybem lub kanalizacja. Jedno z Łóżek (sofa) była uszkodzona. Brak papieru toaletowego, płynu do nauczyć, mało talerzy itd. Wokoło apartamentu panuje jeden wielki plan budowy, hałas od samego rana do późnej nocy, a czasami cała noc. Generalnie bardzo słabo, odradzam.

The view from the 47th floor is amazing. Beautiful sunset views.

Takes a while to find parking. Very chaotic in front of the building, the lobby and elevators, like a train station in India. Very long wait for the elevators that stop on every other floor. Not much to do with the property but the tourist that are visiting batumi in general and most of who stay at this property are just awful.

Nothing was good!

Very bad location. No parking available and everything is messed up about this hotel. You need to wait more than 10 minutes for elevators. No housekeeping. No room service. It’s difficult to get in and out from the hotel. The electricity shutdown and we found no one to explain what’s going on and how to fix the problem.

The owner was superb - we made the reservation at 22.30 not knowing whether it was already too late for that night, but she still came over in half an hour and let us in. She also had a bag of delicious fresh bread with her ♥️ And the location was great - the beach was across the street and the shop was just around the corner. Tv in both rooms. And then there was the magnificent view from the balcony (43th floor)...

There should be some shelves or cupboards in the rooms.

Not enough wardrobes/storage furniture

There were no toiletries at all. We were 6 people and there were 5 beddings. When I asked them to get the 6th one, I was told that they cannot provide that. The place was good but the experience was pathetic.

The first thing that stood out to me was how kind and helpful Karina was when she delivered the key to us. Even though she couldn't speak English, she used her phone to communicate with us effectively and even texted us in English very clearly. This was a great help and made us feel very welcome. The view from the apartment was absolutely perfect and the house was very clean. We were a group of 3 couples and we had 2 rooms and a sofa bed in the living room, which was perfect for our needs. The space was comfortable and well-equipped, and we had everything we needed for a great stay.

The only downside to our stay was that the water heater was not strong enough, so when two people were taking a shower, the water would start to get cold. We had to wait about 2 hours before taking our next shower.

It was clea and there were all the facilities you may need. Location is great. There was a great view of the mountineside and sea at the same time.

The location is good and it has a great view. The rooms were very bright and white. It had everything to cook in the room.

The room was not clean at all, there was hair everywhere and the bedsheets were in really bad condition.

The host was very kind and replied quickly to all our requests. The view from the 43rd floor was amazing.

We were the first guests. Everything new, not used. Beautiful view from the balcony. Mrs. Karina great service! Everything was ok, we recommend this apartment on the 18th floor.

Not enough elevators for a large building. On the last day, we waited an hour for the elevator. It's not the apartment's fault, it's Orbi's fault. :) o
