During a travel emergency staff was unavailable and non responsive. Pretty bad.

The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was really nice!
It took 30 minutes just to receive my breakfast I had been waiting and waiting I almost gave up on it altogether! My room didn’t have a sofa to sit on! That was difficult being that it was as only one desk chair and no sofa with multiple people staying in a dbl queen bed room!

Only has Valet parking but does have parking garage across the street.

The environment of the Hilton-Garden was pleasant. Love my room, it was off in the corner away from people. I love that my dog was able to come with me.
The restaurant in the hotel only serve one food type which is Italian. When you come in you from a party you want fried hot food sometimes. Also provide shower caps.

The property is very nice! Centrally located in downtown Flint, with nice views of the city. it’s nice to see the progress happening downtown. The staff was exceptionally nice, and the Sauce restaurant has really good food.

The view from the room, pet friendly.
The hidden "incidental" fees. Valet- pay for parking the only thing available, unless you want to risk your car on the streets of Flint. The bill went from 198.00 final quote to 305.00 actual.
