Hot tub in our room kept making a weird noise, most of the night.

Disappointed looked nothing like the pictures it was very gross just about everything was broken or barely worked room key took 10 tries to work and actually unlocked the door so disappointed I did spend the night saw like black bugs on the bed and left on there like 20 minutes and they charged me full price management is a joke too would not recommend I would rather sleep in my car

It was next door to a cracker Barrel

The dead bugs in the bathroom. We could not see out the windows for the dirt that was caked on. The bed had body indents in the mattress. The telephone had no buttons. The TV remote had no back and didn't work properly, the TV kept switching to voice control. The TV had static lines through it. I have pictures on this disgusting facility.

The night clerk slept through breakfast NEVER MADE IT and me asking for coffee for my room. At 10 am someone finally made coffee. Pool was filthy, door locks to the outside didn't work. Carpets burned and filthy in hallway. Used condoms all over parking lot. Super super duper gross and disappointing.

the beds were comfortable

everything was falling apart, pool was over-chlorinated and burned one’s eyes, everything was dirty and dingy and the halls smelled like weed. the breakfast was pitiful- they didn’t even have milk for the cereal!

first room they checked me into was so bad I want to cancel my booking completely! literally right after she gave me my room key I walked into the room and immediately saw a piece of wood holding the broken window shut, and the picture on the wall was hanging because the corner hook was ripped off! I was as in the room for only 3 mins and walked back to the front desk! and the bed wasn’t even made! went back to the front desk and the person didn’t want to help me and I told them there is no way I’m sleeping in that janky room! after showing her the room and she was oh wow ! the second room I walked in smelt like cigarette smoke and food was on the desk and someone lab-top ! and the cups were used! I walked back to the front desk and told her there is literally someone lab-top and pizza in the room! I was so sleepy at this point I just said take the stuff I gotta sleep! lucky I bring my own blankets and pillows, because I knew the room wasn’t clean but I need to sleep

Stayed a week room and desk service lousy, same breakfast, phone kept ringing, rude attendant. Overcharged for dog stay

it was dirty, the carpet was nasty. the pool and hot tub was not open, breakfast was a joke, staff unprofessional and a junkie high and passed out in the lobby

Very dirty, poorly executed room. We will never stay here again!!!
