We enjoyed our stay at Admiral Quarters. The location was perfect. Only a few cons on the condo - main bedroom off the main balcony bed was squeaky, springy and uncomfortable. The floors were not clean overall condo, we couldn't go barefoot without getting dirty feet. Refrigerator didn't stay very cool, but we made due. Overall the condo is great location and super roomy for our family of 7. Loved that it was on end and had large balcony. We'd definitely stay here again, regardless of the small inconvenience. Prefer a clean floor though.

Weâve stayed at many different properties and this has been our favorite by far! With 3 kids plus our parents, everyone had their own space. They had beach toys & chairs open for our use as well as everything you need in the kitchen. Will stay here again.

Our condo was beautiful, perfect for our family of 10. 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms made it very comfortable. Our Host was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this unit and will definitely come back to Orange Beach for future vacations

Condo unit three units down -906- was redoing and pulling up tile floor. Very loud noise from 8-5 for two days. Elevator out on Friday. No fault of owner on this issues but was disruptive of our stay

We had 3 separate families (13 people) in our group. There was plenty of space for all of us. The property was clean, up-to-date, and well furnished. Would recommend this property to anyone. It really helped to make our vacation great.

The Condo has everything you need for cooking which we enjoy doing on our trips. The bad thing is there is no wifi, if you call 5 or 6 mps wifi, kids could not stream a movie all week. I did speed test all week, got up to 8mps for 7 minutes one time. There was 9 of us and we all had tablets kids do movies and games at night the rest of us read from cloud stored books can't get to them.

Wonderful time and the condo and beds are great. Huge awesome balcony with a drink cooler. Nice to have that. We had 7 stay. There were a couple of broken chairs that need attention on the other balcony. But very nice and plenty of room for us all and to each have our own private bathroom was great. Bring your own pillows if you can. The pillows need replacing - at least on the Master bed. Plenty of closet space for everyone.

Condo was perfect for multi generation family beach vacation. Plenty of room to spread out. Layout of condo was perfect with the 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Beautiful view off the huge balcony. Great location. The assigned parking spot was perfect location to leave our beach chairs in and just get them out every day. Would definitely stay again. Owners were easy to deal with and they responded to any questions we had.

The condo was huge! And beautiful! Itâs the nicest 4 bedroom condo weâve rented thus far. The location was perfect, convenient to everything. We usually stay in the Destin/Ft Walton Beach area. This was the first time going to Orange Beach and we now prefer it over Destin. Not as crowded.

Great accommodations!
Our family of 13 just recently stayed at this condo. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and fit us all comfortably. Everyone had their own space, so we didn't feel right on top of one another. This unit has a large kitchen that was well stocked! We loved the large, spacious balcony with plenty of seating for everyone! The condo is located near several grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants! John was great to work with and attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is in need of a few repairs, for example did not use toilet paper holder in master bathroom because it is coming out of the wall, plus carpets are very dirty the bottom of our feet were black everyday

I am 72 and had never been to the beach. The only thing I truly wanted to do was to visit the white sand and blue water with my family. I took my three children with their spouses and my five grandchildren with me to Admirals Quarters for a week. What an awesome week it was!!! Everything I wanted in my vacation!!

John is a fabulous person to rent from!
Great property and location for our trip! Used a couple of John and Pamâs recommendations for dinner, did not disappoint. Fisherâs Upstairs, amazing! Fishermanâs little hole in the wall, great food! I would also add Louisiana Lagniappe, less than a mile away and incredible food. Couple minor things, screen on patio door in back bedroom needs to be replaced, full of holes, and the chair out there is pretty ripped also, but loved having another spot to soak up the late afternoon sun. Could use a new coat of paint, but sitting in the condo isnât why youâre there. Beaches are amazing, having an indoor and outdoor pool, so nice with the early time of year, or if you had bad weather, which we did not, so grateful! Plenty of things to see and do in the area when youâre not in or on the water. Great place and phenomenal hosts!
