Newly Furnished One Bedroom Just Steps to Ferry Beach
Profitez de cet appartement 1 chambre 1 salle de bain joliment rénové et meublé à quelques pas de la plage de Ferry et à distance de marche de Camp Ellis. Faites une promenade sur la plage de Ferry ou promenez-vous au célèbre restaurant de fruits de mer Huot pour le déjeuner ou le dîner.
La cuisine comprend une nouvelle cuisinière, un réfrigérateur, un double évier en acier inoxydable avec un robinet de pulvérisateur à tirette, une laveuse-sécheuse empilable, un micro-ondes et des comptoirs. La cuisine est entièrement équipée de casseroles, poêles, vaisselle, verrerie et tous vos besoins de cuisson.
Le salon et la salle à manger sont ouverts et aérés avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle et peuvent accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes. De plus, la table à manger peut accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes. La chambre comprend un lit queen-size avec matelas en mousse à mémoire et 6 tiroirs ci-dessous pour beaucoup de rangement pour les vêtements. Armoire pleine grandeur parfaite pour accrocher des vêtements et comprend une petite planche et un fer à repasser.
La salle de bain a une nouvelle grande douche à l'italienne, un sol en carrelage, un nouvel évier et des toilettes allongées à hauteur de confort.
L'appartement est au-dessus d'un garage chauffé et comprend une entrée privée et un vestiaire ainsi qu'un espace extérieur privé parfait pour se détendre et profiter de la nature. L'espace extérieur comprend un patio, une table et des chaises pouvant accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes, un nouveau Webber Grill et des ustensiles de grill.
Un parking peut accueillir jusqu'à 2 véhicules sur place. Veuillez noter que la maison principale de la propriété est une maison toute l'année.

Great location as the ocean beach is at the end of the street . The condo was very nice and so was the host. We plan on going back next year.

This was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I and our dog. The property was clean and well organized. It was a short walk to the beach and had everything we could have needed for our short weekend getaway!

Apartment is brand new and spotless! I got to enjoy the area which is very quiet compared to Old Orchard. So if your looking for a little peace, this is the place for you!!

I loved my stay here! It was in a perfect location, was very clean and was even nicer than the photos! The owners were super respectable of our space. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Maine!

The description of the property doesn’t give it justice… It was so perfect. Everything was spotless, and the furniture was cozy and comfortable. The location could not have been better… steps from the ocean. Thank you for making a little haven for us to enjoy.

Maine is my happy place & favorite place to go on vacation to. Melissa’s property stood out among all of the others that I searched. It’s in a great location close to the beach & general store. The apartment is beautifully done & so comfortable to stay in. And the grounds are beautiful & well kept as well. I very much enjoyed my stay there & would definitely rent again from them!

This property was perfect for our Fri-Sun late planning get-away. We spent a day in Portland and a day at the beach. The apartment was clean and cool and easy walking to beach, general store and Huot’s Restaurant. We would definitely re-book when returning to the area!

Beautiful spot for two! The apartment was quiet, clean, and updated. We really enjoyed the location, and of course the lovely beach.
Only suggestion is to add a sentence about beach access on the welcome note - easy to find but it would have been nice to have directions of where to walk!

Melissa and Colin were wonderful, helpful but never intrusive. Premises are clean, high quality linens, beautiful shower and kitchen. Everything was exactly as pictured. You can literally walk to Beaches, or drive within 5 minutes to others, for a change of scenery. Gardens are phenomenal and neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Quiet and wonderful stay!

Place was extremely clean, centrally located for us. Towns of Saco and Biddeford has a bunch of cool brew pubs. Well worth a stay …. We’ll be back when we return to Maine

The garage apartment is a hidden gem! Everything about it is first class! The bed and bedding, the towels, the living room and kitchen, everything is very nice. We felt comfortable and right at home. Melissa is a great host and completely accessible. When we travel, we generally stay in a VRBO and this is one of the nicest we have stayed in. Not only are the accommodations top notch, you are literally steps from the beach. During a very crowded summer season in Maine, the beach area by the home is nice and quiet. It is only a short drive north or south to take out, restaurants, grocery stores, just about anything one might need. I would highly recommend a stay with Melissa!

Fantastic week
Attentive and gracious hosts. Very comfortable and clean apartment, all necessary amenities for a relaxing vacation. We came with 2 small dogs and the private patio area was perfect for them. 5 stars all around, we would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and perfect
This is one of those reviews you really don’t want to write, because you’re afraid the secret will get out and you’ll never be able to get to go back.
It really is perfect. An amazing use of space and has everything you can imagine.
The location is perfect.
The only small thing, it might be nice to have a light over or closer to the kitchen table. But we easily made do.
We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Labor Day getaway
What a great place. The pics don't do it enough justice! The apartment had everything we could have possibly needed for our 3 night stay. Incredibly clean, very well decorated and a super short walk to the beach. A 10 minute scenic drive to the town center of both Saco and Old Orchard beach. Thanks for a great stay, Melissa! we'll be back for sure

Loved it!
This property is definitely a hidden gem. Great location - little bit away from the hustle and bustle of Old Orchard Beach, but close enough to everything that nothing is a long drive. The rocks at the end of the street were awesome to sit on at night and have a drink and enjoy the water. We didn't walk down to the beach, but it did not look far. The apartment itself is compact, but such amazing use of the space. Full bedroom, full bath, great shower, plenty of room to sit and watch tv and cook a meal. My husband and I did not feel crowded at all. And the decor is wonderful, perfectly done for the space. Comfy bed, air conditioning, just really a wonderful space. And VERY clean! The pictures are accurate. Melissa was great to work with, very easygoing. We had to cut our trip short because there was a hurricane coming back at home, but I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to anyone staying in the area! Thanks again for a great time!
