My family of four loved staying here! The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located close to town. The views of the water and sunsets were spectacular. The condo is within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but we most frequently used our rented golf cart to get around. I don't think I can adequately express how helpful Romi (the concierge) was. She set up all of our activities as well as made dinner reservations. And she was incredibly patient as I kept making changes! The whole experience of booking and staying at the condo was relaxed and easy. I would definitely stay there again!

We really were impressed with our penthouse suite. 2 huge patios overlooking the ocean, 3 dining areas, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely would return.
Check in was a little confusing and we had to message a few times for directions (like how to use the keypad. Was not intuitive). But got quick response. Security guard was very nice. One odd thing was cleaning lady came to our room and begin cleaning while we were still inside at 9am! Our checkout was 10. That was unusual but fine. I think language confusion over her doing that maybe.

Absolutely gorgeous! The view of the semi private beach is amazing. You walk right to it. It felt VERY safe with a 24 hour guard and immediate responses from the management company.
Our place was ready for us when we got there and sparkling clean. The air conditioners worked beautifully in every room and we were always comfortable. They even help arrange a golf cart for us for our stay and had it dropped off and picked up. It is extremely well stocked. The washer and dryer were amazing to have as well as the plethora of towels provided
It was very nice to be super close enough to town but far enough away to get out of the crazy. It was a very short golf ride in and back walking distance to several restaurants as well as a few convenience stores.
It was very quiet at night and we were able to get great rest for the next day. Amazing pizza
/pasta place just across the street to the right. And Fish and Cheeses is just to your left (also good but we like the other one better).
Management was extremely easy to get a hold of. Immediate responses for everything.

This place is a true home - on top of the great views, the kitchen and living space is equipped with practically everything you need. The building is managed well and safely, and the top deck is just to die for. Would come back for sure!

The property was truly 5 star as well as the concierge support from Romi. Great communication via email and WhatsApp, very responsive. The property has 24/7 security to let you in the gated parking / property access. The unit is very well appointed with appliances and furniture. The covered deck and rooftop deck were both used regularly and are very enjoyable spaces. We had a guest chef and everything needed to cook and clean was provided. The included water dispenser and ice machine was also much appreciated. The three bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and had their own bathroom.

Our stay at Horizontes Del Mar 301 was Excellent !!!!! The photographs online are very accurate to the Condo. The Condo was very well appointed with accessories to make our stay more enjoyable. The staff was extremely accessible & accommodating. Pool was awesome and the walk to the beach was a breezy. Only issue was the construction noise from the adjacent property.

Pool quiet and nice. Well maintained property grounds, safe and secure.
Beach access fantastic, 30-40 min beach walk to Tamarindo main area around the point at all the highest tide (never walked in on road).
4 nice eateries within 5 min walk from condo. Small supermarket with essentials 2 min walk.
Building a house next door, not noisy when we were there which looks like it will be in progress for a while. Didn’t find it an issue.

It would have been a giant mistake. The place was fantastic. The concierge Romina was very helpful and just a joy. In fact when we moved onto a hotel for the next part of our vacation,we still used her to book things. We were a family of five and there was plenty of room. You can eat in the second floor by the kitchen or on the second floor balcony or on the third floor balcony. The air conditioning is nice and cold. There is a small supermarket close by and restaurants in walking distance. That view is even better in person.

This condo has everything you need, is updated and roomy. They truly have thought of everything. There are 2 great outdoor spaces. The upper patio is best at night when the sun goes down and breeze starts, and the stars are amazing. The main floor patio works best for morning coffee, Before the heat of the day. The pool was never crowded and great for lap swims. Only complaint was the noisy reroofing going on including a difficult parking situation due to scaffolds and tiles in all directions. To be fair, management stopped roof work once we complained. The views are amazing!!!

They helped us arrange a rental car and a snorkeling excursion. The condo was exceptionally clean with very nice amenities. The rooftop patio was sublime. My husband and I and our three teen daughters had a wonderful week at Horizontes del Mar 301. The unit was stocked with everything you might need to make your stay comfortable, from beach towels, to beach chairs, to every pot, pan, and appliance you might possibly need. We loved grilling our food on the roof top deck and enjoying our meals from there. The beautiful ocean view from the master bedroom and the two patios cannot be beat. We loved hanging out, reading, enjoying our coffee, etc., from the rooftop deck as well as the covered patio on the main level. The beach was perfect for long walks and the pool perfect for cooling off. Five star was extremely responsive to all of our questions and very helpful. I highly recommend this unit. It was close enough to Tamarindo for a visit to the town yet far enough away to get away from the crowds.

Our family of 4 just spent 3 nights at this property and can't say enough about our stay.
The condo itself was immaculate and had everything we needed from an amenities standpoint.
The location can't be beat and we enjoyed time in the pool and at the beach during low tide.
As others have stated Fish and Cheese was great but our biggest surprise was the Bistro Langosta. We missed breakfast but the lunch was fantastic. Probably our favorite restaurant in Tamarindo and easy walking distance from the property.
All-in-all a great stay even with the rain that would come through.
We will definitely be back!

Perfect Rental!
We had a great experience with the condominium. Ana, from Five Star Rentals, was super helpful and friendly. The terraces look out over the reef breaks of Playa Langosta, and it's a short walk to the estuary where the paddle out is. The complex is clean and well maintained and is just a short drive from the restaurants and bars of Tamarindo. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the condo has everything you'd need for your trip. I'll be going back again!

Great location, right on beach, within walking distance to restaurants and short drive to grocery store. Loved the condo, the upper patio was perfect place to begin and end each day. Our group of five had amble room in this spacious, immaculate and tastefully furnished condo. The kitchen was well equipped with every utensil we needed to prepare our meals including grills on the upper patio. A huge thank you to the managers for making sure our stay was memorable. Three wonderful days for 4 Adults and 3 teens loving it here! Lots of space, amazing views - 2 private patios - tons of iguanas, crabs, howler monkeys and geckos all around. Walk out to the beach or the comfortable pool. We took a horse ride on around Conchal Beach, took fishing trip and brought fresh fish home for supper. Grilled a couple meals on provided grills. Walked downtown and to eat at "Fish and Cheeses." Attentive property managers. I'm sure you want to stay here!

What a fantastic place! The condo has recently been upgraded and decorated. It is beautiful. The views from this condo just cannot be beat, the sunsets, the stars anytime of the day you have a wonderful view of the ocean. The property is in Langosta which is about a 10 minute walk into Tamarindo. Langosta has a small grocery store very close, and some restaurants nearby as well. The Surf Club has great food as does Fish and Cheeses. Mario and Natalia were very helpful in getting anything that we needed. I will be coming back for sure!
