The owners were very friendly, the room was clean and the other tenants were very accommodating. I did struggle with noise issues or the use of the bathroom for bathing in the morning. finally, the owners were also available both on whatsApp or by phone when I needed something
I had to wait outside the gate for about 10 minutes because the owner was not in the property

When we got to the place we had to call and were told that the place was double booked and were redirected to another place which was filthy and smelly. We called Gert again and told him about our dissatisfaction about the place and he told us to pay R200 extra of which we refused and demanded a refund. He then directed us to another place which was much better than the other one. I will never go back there again or encourage anyone to go to that place because of the treatment we got there.

I booked in advance I paid in advance. I as woman travelled alone, and got no help at all from the people at Botties rock.
When I arrived at destination, there was no one
I sat on the street. When I phoned the number the guy told me that they gave my booking away. They rerooted me to a wendyhouse that looked liked a plakkerskamp.....I took photos if no one believes me.

It was cheap
The owner Gert or the person who answered the phone when no one answered the gate was very rude I was not impressed with his attitude yet his daughter was great In the evening the house was in darkness at like 19h00 Guess you get what you paid for Won't be staying there again

KITCHEN WAS SO DUTY, DUTY DISHES IN THE SINK, COULD'NT DRINK TEA
ROOM COLD NO AIRCON OR HEATER.

I liked the staff. They were very welcoming and they even let us stay longer than the check out time while we waited for the driver
The accommodations were really old, the rugs looked dirty. They need to do an upgrade on the place.
