La chica de recepción fue amable y comprensiva
Reservé, a través de la aplicación de Booking, con un descuento que apareció del 50%, la reservación fue confirmada por la aplicación y el alojamiento. Al llegar al lugar, el dueño giró instrucciones que no se aceptaran dichos descuentos y que se debía pagar la tarifa completa. Si es un error o no, el dueño debió tomar la tarifa, ya que él mismo aceptó la reservación, y ya después arreglar el problema con Booking. Sin embargo, aunque era una reservación confirmada, se negó a respetar el convenio. No reserven con este alojamiento tan deshonesto que no honra los precios mostrados en Booking.

I don't have a problem with a minimal service as bed, bathroom but this was really dirty... looks like more a motel than hotel, we leave one night earlier because was really dirty the shower... when we release the key in the front desk was a kid receiving it. Totally fail.

Don't trust this property to respect your reservation. We arrived the night of our planned stay and were abruptly told there was no room. They never provided any advanced message notifying us of this sotuation. Obviously it created difficulties for us trying to find alternative accommodation late at night, at significantly greater cost.

We were running the NORRA 100 race. We got to motel late and they told us that they had rented our rooms. We would have stayed at the motel but no rooms The motel even thou they rented our rooms Charged me for them. This information will be shared with the NORRA race group. This motel will be put on my list with this info
They could have saved the reservation.They knew we were going to be there.

it was exceptionally clean. There was someone on the property to help/talk to at all hours. Housekeeping went above and beyond to make our room more home-like while we were out looking at properties during the day.

The front photo paint job was very nice. Sadly the room was not in equally good condition. The sink was falling off the wall. The tv was exceptionally small. The neighborhood was very rough, although nothing bad happened.

I loved the laddies from the reception, their attention and care with me was more than perfect! Very very kind ! I loved them so much! They let me do my laundry, they drove me to the restaurant, they called a massagist to come in my room! They are amazing people!! I highly recommend Oyo loreto!
