The apartment was clean and tidy and suited my requirement (mostly location)
The app used to unlock the door
Squeaky bed, but not a big problem
Parking was a big issue
The shower was terrible, the water would stop and start

Very good property and location with excellent service and support.
Could improve on cleaning as there are spider webs on windows and ceilings.

Lovely apartment very well decorated and furnished. Complimentary bottle of proseco was a really nice little touch.
As it was a weekend, I was able to park right outside.
Beds were comfortable and cosy.
Didn't realise it was going to be a digital key and it's not sent till check in time, but after travelling my phone was about to die, so good job I had someone else with me. Maybe make guests aware they need to be able to accept a digital key at time of booking just in case.
Other than that disliked nothing.

it has a lot of character, it’s cosy without feeling enclosed, clean, tidy, lots of little extra’s that were really well thought out.
I can honestly say there wasn’t anything about the property that we really didn’t like. Bath was a bit slippy.

The flat was really nice...nicely decorated....
The keyless entry is a bit of a faff...especially if there is a group of you...
Drinks and milk in the fridge is a really nice touch...
Kitchen wasnt that well equipped (no fizz glasses, no grater etc)...
Wasn't the cleanest (mucky feet from walking round barefoot...toast crumbs on the dining table)...

well set out and comfortable. great location
don’t really want to moan but the floors were pretty dirty and we couldn’t walk bare foot because it made the feet really dirty.

Internal decor good.
No private parking. Located on a very busy and noisy main road. Scruffy communial areas. The so called garden was an overgrown back yard. Bathroom fittings were suspect.

The flat was well presented and very clean, and the free bottle of prosecco and chocolate was a nice touch, all in all a great place to stay.

Fizzy in the fridge lovely thought
The Wi-Fi was a real problem to get on to, it should be written down for guests to see very easy 'it wasn't'. There was no information at all about the town or surrounding area, there was a few towels to use but only one large one. But the biggest problem was the blinds in the bedroom, they don't fit properly and light gets in, my wife and I had the the worst nights sleeps ever. It wouldn't be so bad but the bedroom gets the sun in first thing in the morning. Thank goodness we stayed at the weekend which meant no parking problems, park during the week outside the property there is parking restriction's, it states there is free parking 'where'
