The Property was clean. Comfy beds

We have stayed at Mantra, Traralgon a number of times and love it's location. Previously we have stayed as it is close to both netball courts and shops. This time, we had an Eisteddfod in Morwell. Butter Factory was again lovely and the bowling was heaps of fun!

I should have checked my booking more closely. I thought we had a bedroom.

Location - it's near town centre, walking distance to many amenities. The room is big and and cleanliness is good.

Appreciate access to outside amenities like the pool and 24-hour gym, however, the lack of working lockers soured the experience especially as it took a long time for staff to assist us in opening the locker with our items inside. Customer service leaves much to be desired at the Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre. We also had a noise problem with a whistling water pipe from the neighbour's room. A whistling sound can be heard in our room when they take a shower or possibly use their toilet.

Amazing location. Super central to bars, restaurants, cafes and walking distance to The Deck where we were seeing a gig that night! Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was fab with plenty of hot water, great water pressure! Super clean and cosy room. Staff were lovely, check in and out was super easy. Couldn’t fault our stay and would definitely stay again.

Very clean. Room is very spacious. Location is superb just across the shopping center. Smooth check in and check out

breakfast was great made it easier to have breakfast at the hotel before we returned to melbourne, would have like a barista made coffee for the trip but maybe next time.
