The motel is badly run; after going out for dinner, the key didn’t work; the owners were out to dinner, we had to use Master key. Fridge was unbalanced; large blind had fallen off window with no curtains so we couldn’t sleep in the Queen room. No hot water in kitchen sink.

kitchenette was limited, space small. tv on same bench & had to move microwave to plug in toaster & kettle, some items in cupboards were dirty. milk in the fridge was open from a previous guest. not two bedrooms. manky old carpet.

Convenient, and plenty of safe area in the car park. Clean but very old. Good value for money. Would stay there again.

Nice, quiet place to stay

Terrifying experience unfortunately due to drug-fuelled violence in a room a few doors down, requiring police intervention. Praying for the motel staff members' sake that doesn't happen every Saturday...

Outdated, really smelly, mouldy.

Old and run down. Curtains didnt work, smoke alarm hanging off the ceiling, bbq was a mess. Look for something better.

The room was outdated (even the bar fridge was at least 30 years old), dirty (e.g. clearly visible stains on pull down blinds), and minimal water pressure in the shower. Disappointing experience.

Very outdated room, not clean and smells

Reasonable for cost, old heater/cooler and didn’t warm up the room. Room clean and bed comfortable. Could be a bit better presented but fit for purpose.

We stayed four nights from 12 April 2023 in Room 1, a family room suite. Not once were the rooms vacuumed or dusted. The tiles on the bathroom floor were covered with a sticky substance when we first arrived. The said bathroom was never cleaned nor the floor ever moped. Further, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Most of the ceilings had visible mould growth that had been inadequately cleaned. The hot water service was antiquated, I’m guessing, it was a gravity fed roof tank given you need to turn the hot water tap up full boar, then ever so gently feather the cold water on. When you rotate the cold water tap one millimetre too much, the mains pressure of the cold water stops the hot water from passing through and it goes very quickly cold. Electrical power points were old, with at least one in the bedroom with dangerously exposed wiring and not fixed to the wall. It would not pass an electrical inspection. Appliances, like the toaster, were well past safety inspection dates by about four years. The tap in the kitchenette constantly leaked leaving a puddle of water in the cupboard below and wet patch on the adjacent carpet, making it smell of damp mould. The air conditioner was noisy and only heated one room in the “Family suite”. I know what you are asking, why didn’t you ask for a better room? We did. This was the better room. Not enough space here to tell fellow travellers about the other family room suite, room 5, that was even worse.

It was good value for money and had comfortable mattresses. The noise from the trucks is quite loud at night at times.

Pleasant overnight stay ,good size room ,had microwave and toaster ,shower adjustment was a bit tempermental ,air con a bit old and noisy ,reception were friendly & helpful ,good value motel for the price i would recommend & stay again

The bed and linen clean benches floors and plates dirty also air con dirty.needs a fan had to leave door open through the night window doesn't open.would not recommend. was woken by a screeming women having a domestic at 2.15 am.property manager was understanding.

Huge window with a broken blind. Shower had only a trickle of hot water. Dissapointing!

i would have like them to have a pool they had the space but i would sty there again very nice and i think if your going to go and put thing in a room you can make the beds

This property was very clean, cheap and the owners were lovely. I stayed here for 2 weeks and they are so welcoming and it’s the best spot to stay if you need to stay in Traralgon.

Perfect stop over spot for your furry friends.
