Die Lage war super, auch wenn die Parkplatzsuche immer mal schwierig war. Das Haus ist an sich schön, leider jedoch in die Jahre gekommen und es fehlt der Komfort.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, Ausstattung einfach und teilweise defekt, fehlende Klimaanlage im dritten Schlafzimmer ist im Sommer eine Zumutung. Fehlende Belüftungsmöglichkeit im Bad, eine extra Toilette war nicht verwendbar, Matratzen aus Kinderbetten trotz extra Gebühr komplett verdreckt, das ist eine Zumutung. Für die Hälfte des Preises wäre die Unterkunft sicherlich gerechtfertigter.

The location is fantastic. It was a very short walk to the main square. We come to Pollenca every year and this is the best location we have ever had.

The restricted use of A/C - We had an unwell child (tooth infection). She had a high temperature, and we asked that the A/C be switched on outside the informed hours of use (1400 to 1600 and 2000 to 0800). We were told this was not possible. I am not sure if this is a company restriction or a government restriction. Also, there is a strict leaving policy regarding the removal of rubbish and how clean the villa is. Finally, the bedroom on the lower level is not connected internally to the main house and can only be reached via steps outside. This might be important if you have younger children.

Had an amazing stay with my family with children aged 1 to 16. The location was great and the house had rustic charm. I would higly recommend it to anyone. There isnt a better location in the old town. Th handling agents were very helpful and easy to deal with.

The kitchen is a little small and the essentials were not provided eg washing up liquid, salt, pepper and other little things that you would expect. The aircon was on a timer and in 38 degree heat and a young baby who needs to nap, I would like to decide when I use the air conditioning.

Idyllic setting, fantastic location with view over the town and surrounding hills. The villa had everything needed for a perfect stay and as a base to explore the island. The best feature was certainly outdoors with numerous places to have breakfast or lunch, both in the sun and shade.

Although we dined out every evening, storage in the kitchen was lacking.
