From parking lot to the room everything seemed well kept and inviting. Made it a much nicer stay than other places we have stayed before from other hotels to Airbnb’s.
We liked the soap and shampoo dispensers. That was something we hadn’t seen before.
Bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. But seems most don’t.

This place was just lovely and exactly what I needed. I had to book a hotel room at the last minute for a work trip and there was availability the night before! It's very close to an on-ramp for I64 which was very convenient. It was quiet, clean, and affordable with free breakfast (standard fare for a hotel of this size) and ample parking. There are also several food options just a walk across the parking lot. I'll definitely stay here the next time I'm in the area for work.

The property was very updated with the times. It was comfortable, inviting and relaxing.
The space between the bed and TV was a bit small but other than that everything was fine.

Liked being near outlets/ didn’t like that restaurant we went to down the road, had a metal detector to enter.
The breakfast was not good- things that were cooked sat for too long. Items weren’t replenished when they ran out ( yogurt/ tea bags/ muffins)

The hotel is modern, clean and well kept. The pool table in the lobby area is a great idea! There was a barking dog in the room next to mine, which of course is not the fault of the hotel, but when I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff, I was moved to a different room without hesitation. Great customer service!

We really appreciated the short distance to the airport, the choice of restaurants and the fantastic landscape.
Unfortunately both luggage carts were broken and the receptionist refused to order a taxi.

The employees were very helpful, nice and pleasant.It was located in a good area.
The only thing I didn't like was no microwave in the room. If I would get hungry late in the night, I would have to leave my room to go warm something up.

Close to the airport
They were trying to pull a scam by saying they didn't have our reservation, then asking us to book directly with them when we arrived. Then they charged us a no show fee for the reservation they said they didn't have.

Great location
The bathroom smelled like mildew and the hallways smelled like marijuana. $563 for two days, I shouldn’t have to smell either. I’m disappointed after staying here before

It was confusing booking the room and it said online that it was not near airport. I called directly and found out how close it was.

It was very clean, the location was great. There wasn’t a whole lot of breakfast options but that really wasn’t an issue. Some of the stuff could’ve been more attentive but overall they were very helpful and I enjoyed my stay.
The rooms are a little small, or at least the room I stayed in.

Extremely clean, beds were comfortable beyond belief, our room had black out blinds so the sun didn’t wake us up in the morning. It was wonderful, right next to the outlets and restaurants.
