The room was nice and big clean

The space

Drainage system in the bathroom was not good. Shower water was backed up in the tub while showering. The bathroom sink faucet is too small. Needs a different kind of faucet and a better water flow. The bed closest to the window had stains on the sheet. Mold was around the bath tub. I don’t desire to stay at this location ever again.

The location was convenient.

The staff are dishonest,rude ,and inattentive. The toilet flush whistles like a tea kettle loudly every time you flush (Sensory warning)in room 206. Room smells like mold/mildew carpet coming apart from the wall. Housekeeping, ignoring simple requests to change bedding and make beds. Claiming, I had dnd on the door but changed towels and trash. Looking out the window in this room was traumatic. Either a previous guest or an employee wrote the Nword on the window in some kind fluid. I requested it be removed several times via email. You can't tell if it's on the inside or the outside. Also, it's only visible at night. The internet is very poor upload and downloading games and streaming. Worst shower ever because the water is only allowed to be lukewarm. Unhosed people frequent the property.

Very clean and conveniently located, the staff was really friendly. Housekeeping came every day and our room was immaculate each time we returned.

We had requested an earlier check in time which they couldn’t accommodate (I was fine with that), but our room wasn’t ready until an hour after the regular check in time and our flight had landed in Norfolk at 9 am. the hot breakfast was mediocre, but it was nice to have some cereal and yogurt before heading out in the morning.
