The house was a nice fit for our family group of 12 and the elevator was a must for my father and mother in-law! Overall very nice beach house and great location only complaint was the trash in the recycle bend was never picked up and apparently the tenants before us left something smelly in it and the recycling people didn’t want to have anything to do with it!!!

The beach property was extremely nice and close to the beach, with plenty of space to enjoy our stay.

This home was so beautiful and the accommodations were perfect! Everything we needed was in the home plenty of seating for down time 2 separate living areas for adults and kids, right next to the beach I mean honestly I couldn't have asked for a better home to spend our vacation

This house was perfect for our group of 14. We had 4 families there, so 2 kid rooms and adult rooms worked out great. The house is beautiful, well kept and a nice location. This was our first time staying further south in Port A, but it was wonderful and not too far from town, just enough to be peaceful.

The house cleaning upon check in was ok. Back porch very dirty with leftover charcoal and supplies/trash. There was a full bikini bathing suit left on the back porch which was a good sign that cleaning was missed. A quick call to Alex and Josh and they had out taken care of quickly. Overall a good experience. The elevator was great to have for my mother in law.

We had a really nice time at this location. It’s a little out of town so it’s not so busy but close enough to town you can still take the golf cart down the beach to town in just a couple of minutes. Property managers were great and easy to communicate with us and even came last minute to activate our elevator when we checked in. Thank you.

It was a beautiful house with plenty of room for the whole family.

This big house had everything we needed. With three floors, we had plenty of space and didn’t feel cramped. The kitchen was large with all the items we needed. The main living is small and awkward - just a poor design. We utilized the large dining room table and island bar. The decks had great views of the ocean, pool, etc. Rent the golf cart! The beach is such an easy walk but the golf cart was so fun and useful. Plenty of parking and a garage! We would definitely stay here again.

House had everything you needed. The only thing that we heard was that they never wash the bedspreads, hope this is not true.

This is a wonderful place for a family get-together. The house was clean and just perfect for us. We would love to stay here again the next time we vacation in Port A!

Lots of space fit everyone comfortably! Awesome neighborhood and both pools are super close. The boardwalk to the beach was a huge plus! Highly recommend

Very nice house with a great location. The house had some very minor things that needed attention, easy fixes. Several lights were burnt out, some kitchen chairs were a little wobbly, the rain head shower needed cleaned out, and the 2nd level bathroom sink needed snaked. Nothing that was a big concern, let the manager know. We enjoyed the house very much. The people in the neighborhood were very friendly.

My family and I stayed here during a small vacation. Our stay was very short but we were all very pleased with the property. It was very relaxing and we all had such a great time to catch up. The property was very clean and had many kitchen appliances and towels available for use. My family and I had a fun time exploring the beach and neighborhood on our complimentary golf cart!! The staff was very helpful with any questions I had and was even helpful with one of our left behind forgotten items on the property. We are excited to return for the summer! I highly recommend this place to anyone for any vacation.

Needs Work:
The 3rd and 1st floor showers had issues. Both handles for the shower head came off. We had to be creative in order to get them to work. The first floor shower is handicap, so there are leaks past the shower curtain. Make sure to place a towel down. We message this to Life in Paradise.
1st floor king size bedroom was a little warm and the matress was xtra firm (that could be a plus or negative)
1st floor patio furniture needs some help.
Living room is a little small, but we made if work for 9 of us.

The golf cart is advertised as being included. It is NOT. It is a rental. 2. It advertises an elevator. The elevator is turned off. You can’t change the layout of the house, but if you could, you would want one more bathroom.
