Location was good, just about right distance from city centre. Room size was sufficient.

1. No toilet paper was present. 2. Toiletries were bare minimum. 3. Atleast have some sugar and salt available, few sachets would help. 4. Rooms are too noisy, even on closing windows.

The third bed was inadequate

Location was OK.

There were bad smell in bathroom. When toilet was flushed , water was coming from shower drain and creates bad smell. Begining of our stay I reported this problem, during one month stay two technicans checked the problem but not fixed due to solution required hard working in the room and management has not given any response or given a solution after second technician check. Sound insulation between rooms not good and bathroom water flow system working noisy. In addition bed linen and towel set were old and bad looking.

The room had all the contents necessary for a comfortable stay, with all kitchen utensils & gadgets, hairdryer, iron, bedding and towels provided. The room was clean and ready for our arrival. The paperwork provided in the room clearly explained everything and had a good map of the city. Thank you

The wifi was very poor, often non existent for long periods of time. We did not see any office staff throughout the week which was quite isolating.

Nice flat, has clothes iron, hair dryer, coffee machine (coffee included!), well equiped private kitchenette!

The apartment looked bigger on the pictures.
