As name suggests it’s really Serene. Food , location , staff everything is fantastic. It’s actually a perfect place for family or people looking to disconnect yet want to stay near main town area. I really liked the place and will stay again.

Nishchal. Please start shuttle service as the approach road is not at all suitable for city drivers and not everyone has 4*4. Kindly consider some solutions around it before any incident

The owner is a self conceited indl who shouts at his customers & supposedly accuses them of issues, which he knows best. It's best not to visit such a property in future & to stay clear of it. I was accused of throwing garbage which I never did in the first place & the owner tried to extract Rs 500 as litter charges which was unwarranted. Fail to understand, how such Megalomaniacs are allowed to function on the app

Located just 5 minutes away by car from Madikei city center yet very calm and quiet. Lush green scenery and is an ideal place to relax and unwind. I would recommend this stay to anybody who wants to just chill on a weekend and stay away from the noise pollution of the city.

The approach road to the estate is a little tricky ( just a few hundred meters though). Can be challenging if you are not an experienced driver. You can always opt for a local cab for site-seeing if need be.

There is nothing not to like, the place, facilities, people, food is to fall for.

Nothing specific here although a heads up that the entrance to this properly is a bit steep, wouldn't b easy for non seasoned drivers. The staff although is very helpful and will help you with this as well if needed.

The location is nice, tucked away in the middle of woods/plantation. Decent breakfast.

Difficult to reach the location by car as the road is very narrow. Lack of privacy because of 2 cottages with a common wall between them.

Food was hopeless. Breakfast was pathetic. But rooms were very comfortable and the surrounding was truly in nature's lap. The staff was polite and courteous but take too long to prepare food.

Pretty decent breakfast. Awesome location. Very hospitable staff. The view from the balcony was out of the world.

It is a great location for mountain biking. May be that can be looked at.

Madam was very helpful. Cook was excellent. Behavior of all staffs are excellent.

Ambience, cleanliness, facilities and most importantly the humble & well behaved staff.

fantastic location inside a coffee estate very near to the main Madikeri town, surrounded by dense forest. Excellent view from the room balconies. Rooms were spacious, very friendly staff, including the owner.

property doesnt allow room service for main courses which sometimes could be lil difficult for older folks or kids as the property dining room is placed at elevation…. i am sure property has a valid reason for it but just something which i found annoying specially in the evening when the weather is cold, one doesnt want to leave the room :) Drive to property is tricky so its not for New Drivers :)
