No answer at front desk to get help. Could not get access to internet. Loud neighbors. Why can’t I cast to the smart tv in the room? I don’t want to watch cable TV from 2003. This is not what I expect from a Holiday Inn, and certainly not at this price!

Noisy, parking per night $25, never told to us. No coffee or water in lobby after 6pm. Keurig in room was disgusting. Staff was rude. I will never stay there again. Shower door broken. Not a nice part of Boston.

It was good, I was there for only two days.

The room was looking clean, the beds are comfortable the pillows are ok, the are is quite and accessible to everywhere with the car.

The only reason for the negative staff rating is for one person. She yelled at me when I entered one evening and yelled why was I there. I was surprised, then let her know I am a paying guest. Something was said under her breathe and i asked if I could help her? She refused to speak. Bizarre. All other staff members were great. She worked overnight and evidently has many complaints as i learned when i informed management the next day. I suspect she is a bigot but cannot confirm, because other patrons said the same thing. She is black, i am white and the other patrons were asian and hispanic. We spoke about it the next morning at breakfast. Behavior like this cant be tolerated.

The breakfast buffet seems overpriced for what you get. We paid once. There were issues at check in and out because I prepaid the bill on 3rd party site, but the hotel couldn’t find that in their system. Took a manager to check it all
Out. Then they charged the room again, to a different card we gave them for the daily parking fee. I had to call and ask about the double charges after we left. They straightened it out. But when you book through Expedia, double check what the hotel is doing. Very clean, nice staff, new building.

The Holiday Inn Boston Logan Airport - Chelsea is fantastic. The staff is exceptional, always greeting you with a smile the moment you walk through the door. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. I stay here every time I travel to Boston.

This is a very expensive price for a very average room. The hotel didn't have a restaurant open that evening. They didn't offer a free breakfast for their $340 (very average) room. They didn't even offer a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are desperate.

Nice hotel, but located in the middle of nowhere, near a busy street, a dirty creek and an emergency hospital. Expensive for the kind of service they offer (breakfast not included, room cleaning not included). Far from Boston.

We were on the way to the airport and it was very convenient for leaving our car at pre flight however there was absolutely no water pressure in the shower. That was the only downside

We called twice to let them know there we had a late checkin. When we arrived by cab from the airport the hotel was locked and no one was at the concierge desk! Luckily a guest was on the phone in the lobby and let us in. The hotel person finally showed up about 10 minutes later (and we called the phone as well as hit the intercom button). I have never been to a hotel that was locked up after midnight. We were 4 adults and the room was equipped with two towels, so VERY eco friendly. I will not be staying there again. On a good note, the breakfast was nice for the price, around $60 for the 4 of us.

The property and rooms were clean, comfortable and they offered free off-street parking - rare in many hotels these days. It will probably be my go-to hotel when I'm in Boston.

The floor the stayed at was constantly dirty full of garbage bags every night for 4 nights. It was noisy next door, noisy above our bedroom. ALL towels were full of hairs (absolutely disgusting) I kept asking for new towels explaining what was wrong with the ones in my bedroom and ended up getting more towels with hairs. Ended up buying a new towel at homegoods.
They did not mention upon check in that housekeeping only cleans the room every 3 nights!??? That defeats the whole purpose of staying in a hotel! If you wont offer that service then what differentiates a hotel from airbnb??. Since covid, it seems like hotels got the perfect excuse to cut on services.
Total disappointment with this stay. Do not recommend staying here.

The Hotel is set up for cars 7 parking. I don't drive, but I notice that there was a Walgreen's near by along with a bus stop. While I used Uber for my transportation, it was nice to feel like I was not in the middle of nowhere.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Front desk responsive to tv remote not working. Bath tub plug did not work and was not fixed despite asking nice front desk people everyday for four days.
