Perfect location for visiting family. Spacious, comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Quiet residential location a few minutes away from the motorway. We will come again.

The key safe was a bit fiddly

Bathroom needs a good clean / maintenance as looks tired. Woodwork needs touch up, glass needs cleaning and grout / mastic needs attention.

Lovely well equipped flat in quiet location. Host provided good instructions for keys, parking etc. Really good price for sharing and comfy beds.

Bathroom finish needs updating....few mouldy bits of grouting etc Curtains in bedrooms are a bit too thin, let in quite a lot of light so whilst bed was really comfortable I didn't sleep very well.

Clean comfortable with all kitchen appliances you could need. I had questions for Luke who answered straight them straight away. Everything was as it should be.

Sometimes difficult to get a space for the 2nd car into the visitors bays but it is a residential set of properties and we managed to find an alternative. When it’s warm the bedrooms can get hot but opening the windows helped with it being in a quiet location.

The flat is really specious for 3 of us and a dog was perfect. We were all day out anyway, just stayed overnight had a breakfast and left. Luke was always available if we had any questions. Overall good stay but too short😉

The seafront quite far away but we knew that anyway. We used our car. Bathroom could do with some refreshing but overall ok.

Everything was perfect…it was a great flat and the beds were REALLY comfy!!

Poor cleanliness and noise from other apartments

Parking was easy. Potential to be nice

Very unclean, including food crumbs in kitchen draws, pubic hairs and 'bits' in bed, filthy carpets, grubby doors and walls. There was also a very bad smell which someone had tried to mask with huge amounts of artificial fragrance that was so strong it impregnated our clothing. No good for anyone with allergies or preference for hygiene. Place also needed decorating. Photos added, we were only there between 9:20 pm until 5:15 am, but hopefully they'll give a flavour of what it was like. Owner did answer my call about the bed sheets quickly and he arranged for his 'cleaner' to change them. This was done by around 10:15pm. The cleaner said that she always had trouble getting hairs of the bed sheets (didn't mention the bits though). She said the carpets weren't dirty, it was just the fluff of the towels! Such a shame because with a couple of tins of paint and a professional carpet clean or replacement carpet and this place would have been lovely. Given that we had such a poor experience it would be honourable of the owner to refund our money and sort these issues before re-advertising to others.
